However what should have happened, but didn't so its irrelevant now
1. Player breaches terms
2 Casino confiscates fund and closes accounts
I, and hopefully everyone who attempted the loophole completely agree with this also. We all know full well we are engaging in sharp practice when we attempt these loopholes and accept that worst case is complete confiscation if caught. It is clearly advised from the off on the other fourm that anyone attempting a loophole should not risk more funds than they are prepared to lose entirely.
The ongoing issue that people were, to coin a phrase used here, 'crying' about is the point which we both agree on. That having been told by LC that they should complete original wagering with funds returned from their deposits & would then be able to withdraw which the casino backtracked on. Be it a deliberate change of mind or be it due to the LC operator simply making promises they had no authority to make who knows. This ultimately affected, I think, 3 of the 18 who were actually caught by CH.

But i would because from what i have read they seem to be a decent bunch of people and a good place to have a punt.
BUT I am not a bad loser and I cannot complain at all for the value of a £24 deposit.
