You're right mate - it reads like you can't play ANYTHING AT ALL while using a bonus. 0% games are ineligible as are games 'over 0% contribution'.

Therefore you can't play any games at all, except solitaire on your computer while you wait for the end of the universe.

In simple English it's f*cking ridiculous.

On Monday I was given a ND bonus with a 5 x play through. If in doubt then contact CS. These people seem to want to look after their customers even if they do have a few teething issues.

I could be wrong mate but if I understand it correctly when the migrated their new system some records may have been reset so keep it to yourself if you have already had the welcome bonus. You can be sure that I won't tell a soul

Am I confusing myself? If I understand correctly they where waiting for a UK licence and during that wait they had some Brits sign up regardless. When they obtained their licence they had to renew those Brits accounts. If I have confused myself with another casino then ignore my bollix post

No I think your right, Remember I am sure I posted a screen shot of my depoist, No where to be seen now that deposit, I will take a look at the trhead later as just finishing the garden, Just had to listen to that radio station

Got to say I'm none to impressed with their response time to e-mails, on 2 separate occasions I have waited too long,

5 days and counting for one e-mail, and 1 day and counting for another......Any chance of a reply anytime soon.

Account verified and withdrawal processed the same day and very next day the money was in my bank account.

I may be reading wrong but more than 0% contribution ? most games (slots) are 100% contribution so by them rules we canot play them,

Ok I noticed that I made a deposit before but the transaction have been wiped, I could not remember if deposited so ask live help to which I was told it dosent look like I deposit before but if the bonus is not added they will do it, Surly they would of known if I made a deposit in the past?
