You know, I really don't get involved in most of these posts but between WW and this one the paranoia is oozing to an all time high. They weren't even talking about you...the thread just went in a different direction like most of them do. It's the internet...it's a forum...people get on with things...someone may not like what I say today but may thank me tomorrow. It's just the way things are....good grief.

Huh? Discredit a poster?

I know I derailed a thread because we got into a psych discussion and already said so and I am sorry. The conversation just happened to touch on something I knew something about. I am sorry for the derailment.

I actually tend to agree with you Mavin. Abusive language is not helping anything on a message board, and I often leave discussions when it starts taking over.
 
Mavin, if you go back and look, RedAndi's post (that started the whole psych discussion) was a response to a post by BB28 about some woman she used to work with - which I think was a response to someone else's mother-in-law post that got moved to another thread. It wasn't aimed at anyone here, but I think the multiple derailments and split threads confused the issue.

Geez........Mavin, it's exactly as Chayton says, all you have to do is go back and read the prior posts. RedAndi took that post, (about my coworker) copied it in her reply and then the discussion started about narcissism. Nothing at all about WW or you. Get a grip!

Mavin I wasn't talking about you!
I think the psych thing was a derail over the discussion of BB's coworker. I said she sounded like a shadenfreude (or however its spelled, lol) and then it evolved into psychology.
I don't think any of it was aimed at you (or if it was I was not aware).

Ya know, I did post in the Marty thread that I freely admitted my hormone thing, it can run amuck. So now it's out in the open! Besides I am having a bad hair day on my friggin nipple wart. There, I confessed!!!!
