Casumo Withdrawal Issue

I’ve been waiting 4 months for my withdraw they keep requesting documents and finding the smallest faults these btw are the same documents already accepted at least 5 times before then soon as accepted request something else so when provide that ask for the original ones again been stuck in loop for 4 months finally seeming to have a breakthrough but who knows

The rep hasn't been on for 3 months - what good is that?

Sorry if that sounds a bit shitty, I've just read all of this thread (rather late I know).

I can see that Casumo have verbal slated above, but this is no different to the practices of some accredited casinos on here.

So, my question is, what is the difference?
