Casumo - no Live Chat or account info?

I just logged in to my Casumo account because I wanted to find my account history, as I have forgotten if I have ever deposited there and if so, by what method...
But despite my best efforts - I couldn't find any account history information :eek2:
Maybe I'm just being thick - does anyone know where to find this?

I clicked on Live Chat - but a message said it was unavailable! (at 8:45am BST). Is this normal?

I have had problems in the past getting live chat on a Sunday. I have no idea what hours they are open and I think it would be nice to display the hours on the website. That would prevent some confusion. I have found their email queries [email protected] to be very fast though.:)

If you click on your balance ( €0 ) it will bring up the options "Deposit / Withdrawal / History / Coupon Code.
 
once you are logged in you can see your deposit withdrawal history in the cash section see screenshot :)

Hello and happy Friday to all,

As mentioned we are in the chat with you from 10AM to 1AM CET, that goes for all days of the week. When we are not in, you can leave us a message in the chat and we will reply to it to your email address as soon as we are back in. You can also send us an email to [email protected] at all hours and we will reply as soon as we can during the opening hours :).

I do agree that this should be clearly stated on the site, we will look into doing some updates to this.

The email queue's are empty as usual and we don't have an on-going campaign regarding Jack and the Beanstalk (although we had one a week ago?).

We are there to help so contact us if you have any issues buddy.
Send an email to [email protected] or visit the live chat (which will be open for 7.5 more hours before closing today) if you still need any assistance.
