I just logged in to my Casumo account because I wanted to find my account history, as I have forgotten if I have ever deposited there and if so, by what method...
But despite my best efforts - I couldn't find any account history information :eek2:
Maybe I'm just being thick - does anyone know where to find this?

I clicked on Live Chat - but a message said it was unavailable! (at 8:45am BST). Is this normal?

I have had problems in the past getting live chat on a Sunday. I have no idea what hours they are open and I think it would be nice to display the hours on the website. That would prevent some confusion. I have found their email queries hey@casumo.com to be very fast though.:)

If you click on your balance ( €0 ) it will bring up the options "Deposit / Withdrawal / History / Coupon Code.

I do agree that this should be clearly stated on the site, we will look into doing some updates to this.

The email queue's are empty as usual and we don't have an on-going campaign regarding Jack and the Beanstalk (although we had one a week ago?).
