Casumo - no Live Chat or account info?

I just logged in to my Casumo account because I wanted to find my account history, as I have forgotten if I have ever deposited there and if so, by what method...
But despite my best efforts - I couldn't find any account history information
Maybe I'm just being thick - does anyone know where to find this?

I clicked on Live Chat - but a message said it was unavailable! (at 8:45am BST). Is this normal?

I have had problems in the past getting live chat on a Sunday. I have no idea what hours they are open and I think it would be nice to display the hours on the website. That would prevent some confusion. I have found their email queries hey@casumo.com to be very fast though.

If you click on your balance ( €0 ) it will bring up the options "Deposit / Withdrawal / History / Coupon Code.

I don't understand exactly what you are referring to with "this email contact dont help nothing".
The email queue's are empty as usual and we don't have an on-going campaign regarding Jack and the Beanstalk (although we had one a week ago?).
