Casumo inexplicably revoked my win 650 euro

Hello. There was a very unpleasant situation with casino Casumo. I won a couple of days ago in this casino 650 euros. When I put the withdrawal of money, the casino has asked me a bunch of documents. I sent a national passport, international passport, proof of address and a few photos with passport in hand. Then to my surprise the casino block my account, referring to paragraphs of the rules 6.7 and 6.11, which indicates that you can not bet more than 5 euros. During the game I did not bet more than 1 euro. I do not want to say something bad about the casino, but the casino is clearly looking for a reason not to pay me the money. It is obvious. At first they did not accept my national passport, they asked overseas. Then he asked a photo with passport in hand, I made it. They are not satisfied, they asked for another photo. And then for some reason invented by cancel the payment. I spoke to the manager of the casino, which is listed on your site https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/ He did not help me with my question and said only deal with the matter in an online chat, or in support of. Help me please.

If you didn't violate bonus rule 6.11 in which as you stated the highest bet allowed is €5 then they must be referring to bonus rule 6.7 which is telling since you make no mention of not breaking that term here. So possibly there may be somebody else at your address that claimed the bonus before so I am not sure if anybody can help you. You can contact the rep or the live chat directly again and ask them why they may think that somebody else using your network claimed a bonus in the past.

6.7. Bonuses/free spins at Casumo can only be received once per person, household, IP address (including shared networks), device and/or credit/debit card number or any other deposit method used. Risk-free bets on any games do not qualify for Casumo’s wagering requirements. We reserve the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of bonus abuse/fraud is found.

I do not understand the reasons for blocking my account. I'm playing in the casino for the first time and I did not bet more than 5 euros. The maximum bet I did 1 euro
