Hello. Help me please. I'm having a problem in casino Casumo. Сasumo has accused me of multi-client and does not pay my winnings. The bottom line is this. Before the new year, I registered in Casumo, made a deposit of 10 euros and took a 200% bonus on your deposit. I have completed the requirements for this bonus and set to output winnings. A few days later I went to my email and was surprised when I saw the letter from this casino. In the letter it was said that they accuse me of multi-client and they confiscated my winnings. I was just in shock. I registered in this casino first time, and they say to me that I multi-client. I do not want to say anything bad about this casino, but I am very sad that this casino is bad act with honest players and confiscated their fair winnings. Help me please. What do I do in this situation?

Casumo is an A+ casino in my book. I have cashed out five figure sums from them from bonus play myself, and I got paid within a few hours every time.

If you did nothing wrong, you will get paid. If you have multiple accounts, you will not get paid.

So bad you posted it twice?

Looks like the casino has you bang to rights. If you have more than one account. And im sure they would have proof. They cant just decide themselves.

I have not done anything wrong. I have not played at this casino before. A friend advised me to this casino and into the new year, I decided to play it Casumo. About the casino, I've heard good reviews from many people. But something in this casino, I was disappointed after the incident, when they accused me of multi-client and blocked my winnings.

Hi lehafuzov,

As this is a public forum Casumo cannot share account details. However, upon receiving your withdrawal request we discovered that your account is strongly linked to multiple accounts. This is a breach in our Terms & conditions

3.2.2. Only one Account for each household, IP address and computer device is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer device, Casumo must be informed by the respective accounts’ holders.

6.7. Bonuses/free spins at Casumo can only be received once per person, household, IP address (including shared networks), device and/or credit/debit card number or any other deposit method used. Risk-free bets on any games do not qualify for Casumo’s wagering requirements. We reserve the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of bonus abuse/fraud is found.

If you did not either use your friend's computer, or his internet on your own device, or both from the same workplace, library, cafe, etc, you can use the Player Arbitration Service offered by Casinomeister. While they will not share what links the accounts with you (or us here in the forum) they will share this information with CM and they can make a decision.

If you and your friend do live at the same residence, the casino is within its rights to deny your winnings, although I think you may be entitled to a return of your deposit.

You might want to tell your friend to verify his account if he has not already done so, and make sure everything is still fine for him before playing further.

If I were you, I would ask my roommates if they have accounts in Casumo first. No roommates? Then you should ask Casumo to provide the usernames of the accounts them mean and investigate by yourself. I bet they will get your winnings back only if you prove that didn't create any multiaccounts and it's the hardest task. Anyway, good luck to you!

In addition to roomates, did you sign up via mobile, or at a friend's place, dorm, internet cafe, etc?

If you signed up at a public place, someone else may have, and although I have not read Casumo's terms, most forbid more than one sign-up from same IP address.

There does arise sometimes an issue when ISP use a dynamic pool of IP addresses. So your IP address might be the same as Joe Blow yesterday or a month ago, etc.

Casumo has a rep here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/. Message them and ask for help first.

It's most unlike the casino will provide you with the info about the other alleged accounts. But if the rep cannot help you and you know it's not from a public place or someone else's computer, then you can ask for Player Arbitration, and they will provide that info to CM. There's a link above, please give the rep a bit of time to get back to you, and read all the FAQs before submitting a request for arbitration.

He did a second thread because the first one did not show immediately as his posts as newbie were moderated i assume. Hence, he thought something went wrong and made a second thread.

Please continue discussion here (subject to rules about PABs)

I'd forgotten that Simz had closed one thread and I proceeded to merge them. Best just to leave it as is now I reckon.
