Hello,

A few days ago we had a little gathering at a friends place, and a girl i know wanted to try out some slots.
Me and my friends always get excited about playing so she was quite eager to try it out.
We advised her a few sites and she chose casumo. A good pick in my opinion.
Problem was that she didnt have any mobile banking stuff with her, i said let me just deposit for you and youll pay it back later. And it was solved.

So she started playing with a bonus, 200% to be exact and went on a nice streak (with some tips ofcourse ;)) and managed to cash out 340 euro, only to get all her winnings confiscated by 'abusing the bonus'.

At the moment i am posting this for her since she doesnt have an account here.
She didnt even break or abuse anything on purpose, just because i have an account also and deposited for her.. she just gets all her money/time taken away from her. With no explanation at all.

Hopefully this can be resolved, since she had no intention to abuse anything.

Greetings,

Yuri

Oh i sent a pm to him... how do i notify him here?

Who's debit card though? - If it was yours, there is your problem. A big 'No Go' with all online casinos.

I can imagine, and did not know this. But a warning would be greatly appreciated, instead of wimping her off as an abuser and leave he empty handed without a clear reason... right?

Unfortunately and I am not taking sides but using a payment method in someone else's name is one of the 'easier learnt' Terms and conditions, one of the very first things I was made aware of when I set out in this endeavor.

No disrespect but it is also common sense that any casino/bookmaker/bingo site etc would frown heavily upon this sort of behavior.

Casinos tend not to give warnings that is why they have T&C's which all players have to agree to upon registration.

The reply you got may seem somewhat generic or a template but they do not have time to give personalised replies to chancers (not saying you are one) - Just imagine there are umpteen genuine abusers and players trying it on each and every day!

As far as they are concerned, "her" doesn't exist, it is YOU they are confiscating the winnings from on your duplicate account registered from the same internet connection and using the same deposit method. There is almost zero chance of getting paid, and even a possibility of your account also being closed.

The "bonus abuse" in this case is not about breaking the rules of play, but claiming the bonus again through creating a second account. Had she used her own deposit method, there would probably not have been such a problem. Her account is also tainted, so she should not continue to use it, even with her own deposit method and computer or phone.

Why doesnt 'she' exist? she made an account, with her details, and sent in her utility bills,id and stuff for verification.
Also i never deposited nor withdrawn with iDeal on my account in the first place since i dont on it that often.

I am in awaiting of alex his response :)

You're stating that you did all this on a whim, but she was able to scrounge up banking details, scanning IDs, etc. I think it would be best for you to have her sign up in the forum and represent her case instead of you. This seems pretty fishy to me. So far, I don't buy any of this.

Your just fishing for the wrong here mr Casinomeister. The verification took place the next day while she was at home after she got the e-mail from casumo.

OK. Then I would suggest that your girlfriend sign up to the forum, and submit a PAB for Max to deal with. We will get to the bottom of this and figure out what's up.
