Annoyed as to why they done this

Weird, maybe you self-excluded yourself from some other casino or had issues with your credit?
Since they must have had a reason to do that.

Anyways, there are plenty of other casinos who will welcome you.

After I submitted my documents, I deposited £100 last Friday, played a couple of reel races, left £85 for next Fridays reel races..

Oh they are going to return any funds in my account.

Maybe they didn't like me not wagering much? or had too many wins

Never had problem at 32Red, SkyVegas, Virgin or Videoslots.

My guess is they have closed it for RG reasons. Certainly sounds that way. Herein lies the issue...casinos are now playing judge, jury and executioner in deciding whether they think you can afford to gamble...

Maybe you were judged not to be earning enough, maybe you were judged to be spending too high a % of your income on gambling, maybe they spotted a loan you had taken out. Who knows.

Either way, they obviously saw you as a potentially risky customer, whether rightly or wrongly.

I win more than i lose..
Healthy bank account from a few big wins, maybe i should have sent them my savings account statement.
No debt, apart from a small mortgage.
Decent wage, above average.
Just changed banks a a months ago or so, can't access old bank at present
Have sent them an email.
As some one said other casinos out there.
I only have 5 now that i play regularly, 1 or 2 times a week, enjoy the reel race and tournaments

Yep plenty of others who would be happy to have your custom

Having an account with Casumo seems to be a shit ton more hassle than it's worth anyway.

Seriously, why even bother sending them an email - there are so many casino's out there who actually want your money. This is like me going to Tesco's and begging to be allowed to buy their bread when there is a Sainsburies next door selling it at the same price
