What happened to the poster 2 pages back who claimed they were denied the 12k Euros under a vague 'spirit of bonus' term, especially as the casino apparently has no max stake under bonus/WR? Did they PAB or was there a JUST reason they weren't paid aside from their deposit? - we don't need to know the reason, only if it was justly denied or not.

Could you find out from the casino about what happened? If there was something else going on other than what the poster stated or did they indeed deny his winnings by enforcing a vague term like that. If it was the latter then I think they shouldn't be accredited.

We do have bonuses in the adventure but we are of course not impossible to ad some extra bonuses especially if you have had a lot of bad luck and lose for example 900€. You can always talk to the chat or just PM me your username here and I will see what I can do to change your luck.

When you go to the cashout page, it should show you how much you can cash out. I've taken a few bonuses at Casumo and made a withdrawal before completing the wagering. You can't cash the bonus out, though.

Right, I took a look today. In the end I made a 60 euro profit and cashed out a few hours ago, still reversible.

Bad:

1. No live chat available 24hrs.
2. Can't get rid of that annoying white scrolling "misschlamydia won 7.20 on Starburst" box on the left. (Unless hiding your achievement/trophies info gets rid of it.)
3. As with many Netents, the stupidity of having the game close when you need to deposit.
4. During one spin, I achieved something and a big fat smiling cartoon gimp in a nappy appears over my game, then when I close it out the sodding game freezes and I have to reload - WTF?
5. Can't find deposit limit self-settings, RG well hidden. ANOTHER SITE WITH A LOSS LIMIT MISDESCRIBED AS A DEPOSIT LIMIT! For pity's sake you casinos - if you set a deposit limit of say $50 and you make a withdrawal of 300 from that $50, then regardless of the w/d that should be that. Casumo has now been stripped of their Accredited status. They have been moved to the Neutral category, meaning there’s nothing in particular wrong but they’re just not up to the Accreditation obligations.

Yeah. Funny outfit. I signed up for slots, deposited £100 in for the welcome bonus of 100%. They didn't add the welcome bonus and said i wasn't entitled to it. Odd.
Anyway. I said that wasn't a problem, just refund me the £100 deposit.
They then said I need to wager it once. A lot of back and forth, couldn't be arsed arguing anymore about it.
Ran the £100 through and withdrew around £350. Cost them an extra £250.
Idiots.

They best hope that Casinomeister decides to be benevolent when we return to a position of greater importance in the industry because these jokers have lost their Accreditation before for being lazy-butts. Just imagine how eager we'll be to let them take a 3rd run at Accreditation. They might have to put a lot more on the table next time to convince us they’re serious and won’t play silly buggers all over again. What goes around comes around.

Yep Casumo's source of wealth hoop challenge was and is legendary. Probably in place due to the several large 'penalty packages' that the UKGC have placed on them in the past.

They were some Swedish entreprenuers from Betsson who wanted to start up something new. It was a good idea. But after a while it went from great to not so great anymore.
I think around 2019 and after that it went downhill and now the try to stay alive in a competive market but dont have so much to offer anymore. In Sweden they still offer both sportbook and Casino but it hasnt happened anything new in years to bonuses and stuff.
