What are the most important factors for you when choosing a Casino?
It is multiple choice but try to check just Three boxes max.

I want more casinos with Randomness Control and instant cashouts

From what I have researched, I would have to say it is to treat the player fairly and like a customer. What this means in my opinion is that a player needs to receive prompt, helpful, and friendly customer support and non problematic withdrawals.

These 2 factors will help give a good reputation.

I also feel that online casinos who do practice the above facets, end up being industry leaders.

When I use a service, any service, I want to be treated well, and the last thing I want is problems paying or getting my money returned.

:)

Customer Support and Reputation are key. With reputation comes the other categories so they're trivial in comparison. Customer Support is probably the top point, if I have a problem I want it sorted quickly. I don't want to send documents to prove who I am, I don't want to wait 48 hours for a simple question to be answered, I just want to call up, answer some security questions that only I should know and have my question answered...it's not difficult, but alot of places pay peanuts and so you get monkeys sat on the end of the phone - not cool. Pay for decent staff, they're the ones who ultimately run your business and keep people happy.
