Hi!
Today i have making a withdrawal at casinorex and the problems are beggining:
I have upload all my documents a time ago, but not all was approved.
The csa in chat was not helpful and she means i must send a selfie with my ID and the deposit.
I have upload the screenshot with my deposit.
As i said that i can't see this with the selfie on the verification page she means:

It's not there.​
We will fix it in the next update, thanks for pointing that out.​

That means the customer service can change all the rules AFTER a withdrawal request?

I have never heared it before!


After upload my deposit the document was NOT approved, i should send the deposit with my name too ....
I couldn't read this before too at the verification page.

Now all i have upload and than i must wait for the withdrawal till next week, the csa in chat have told me.
That all i can't believe from a casino from the N1-group.

Anybody had this before too?
 
Tried to verify my account there as well at casinonic(curacao sister site) clueless staff, 1946372711828 excluded games, 50x wager promos... meh
This behavior was easy to predict :(
