Casinorewards restricted my rewards account

I was also cheated by Casinorewards just like the one who started this thread. Mabe 2 years ago they restricted my rewards account saying I did bonus abuse, that is I used too many bonuses. Well, it was their system who credited me the no deposit bonuses in form of loyality points, and they never mentioned I must deposit if I want to use them, the letters reporting these bonuses simply welcomed me to play. So it is interesting to refer to bonus abuse. If playing with many no deposit bonuses is not allowed, why did they credited it to my account without my request?

Anyway in spite of it I deposited many times since the reward account being restricted, and I always received the deposit bonuses to my casino bonus account. Last time I received 100 dollar bonus for that I made a 40 deposit, completed the wagerint requirements, and could cash out everything. When I deposited again after this at LuckyEmperor to get their 100 for 100 welcome bonus, the bonus was not credited for my account. I asked why? I was told because bonuses are given in form of reawrd points. Well, it is a lie, I received my last 4 bonuses right to my bonus account in the casino, so it is a lie. And of course as my reward account is restricted, I cannot cash in the points. So simply Casino Rewards cheated me, and they didn't credit me the bonus for that I made a deposit. And in their terms at LuckyEmperor they don't mention the welcome bonus is given in form of points. If I know it, of course I don't deposit. Anyway since my last redemption of reward points for bonuses was 2 years ago, since then I made 100 Euro + 90 dollar deposit, and turned over at least 6000 credits. And it was not enough for the support to remove the restriction. And they never tell exactly how much point I need to generate to release the ban. So 3 facts:

1. Casino rewards put a restriction for using to many no deposit bonuses in the past, that I didn't ask for, anyway.
2.By depositing 100 Euro and 90 dollar and turning over at least 6000 the ban is still on.
3.They refused to give me the 100 Euro welcome bonus at LuckyEmperor, that they guarantee in their terms.

They also told me, that I find ridiculous (it was Tommy in the livechat), that not only bonuses, but winnings also count to determine to ban the reward account or not. What???? So if I win too much in one casino, in the another I am not credited the welcome bonus. Nothing like this is mentioned in their terms, and it is a ridiculous practice. Luckily, last time I cashed out more than I deposited at LuckyEmperor, and in the future I will stay far away from this group.

In my opinion, CasinoRewards is a cheater, not honest at all. I think all this restriction of the reward account and reference to bonus abuse is just an arbitrary decision lacking any base to keep players away who win too much.

Hello, Max Drayman writing, I'm the Player Grievance Manager at Casinomeister.com

Given the nature of your complaint you might want to consider our Pitch-A-Bitch (PAB) process which allows players to file a formal complaint which we then take to the casino representatives for discussion. The PAB process starts here: Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

In the meantime I'll check in with the casino people, just in case you wish to proceed with the PAB.

I thought about that option, but as you write every member can only make a complaint on one non-accredited casino, so I decided to keep my chance for a later time, when my case will be related to more money, especially winnings. In this case it is just a bonus of 100 euro, that will be restricted from cash-out even if I receive it due to the wagering rules, so I think it doesn't worth. Moreover, Renee, the representative person from Casino Rewards, who is also a registered member here already wrote me a few days ago, and from our conversation it seems to me she is also not helpful at all. I don't want to risk my chance to file a complaint uselessly under such circumstances.

I'm gonna be the bad guy here. I have been playing at casino rewards for 3 yrears now. I being a US player know that they cannot give me an actuuall bonus..but it goes into my points. I have over and over again cashed in my points some up to $80 worth. Never had a bit of problem. A months ago I cashed out for $500 and hit a jackpot on galaxy quest for $1700..no prob recieving my funds. They were sent to my QT acct. The whole process took less than the 48 hrs they say it takes. QT took longer in getting the funds to me. I dont know about other countries rules...but I know that they have treated me well and fair. Their have been a few MG casinos that took a hell of alot longer to get funds from.;)

I signed up at their web in 2007, up to now I also haven't had problems with them, at least not that kind like this I talked about in my posts. I was satisfied with them for a long time, but it seems being loyal for 2 years doesn't have an influence on their treatement of members :( Anyway as you don't receive bonuses in the normal way, I gess your playing and point bonus history falls under different evaluation. I gess they are more concerned about cases in which more bonuses go out of their hands.

Anyway what is interesting is that other casino groups may even give out much more bonuses, including no deposit bonuses, and it doesn't matter for them how many no deposit bonus you use in a row, how much match bonus you get and how much you win. Like at Playtech. And even the crediting is instant, unlike at Casino Rewards, where you have to wait an hour or so sometimes to get a match bonus. On the other hand like in case of many RTG's you can't use 2 no deposit bonus in a row, however you are clearly warned about it in the terms and conditions. Casino Rewards also has an automatic system, that prevents you from using to many no deposit bonuses, that's why I simply don't understand why they treat me like an abuser, when their automatic system didn't notify me of using too much no deposit bonuses. And why would I think using too many is an abuse if it is not clearly written anywhere, when at Playtech you can use as much no deposit in a row as you want? If their system credits you at Playtech, you can use it without risking your status in the casino. It seems Casino Rewards needs to improve their service in being clear and providing enough information. Interestingly they always say their system detected me as an abuser and I need to deposit and wager more money, however they never say exactly how much. It is very curious as well.

[Max says: you have recently asked me about filing a PAB after all. I strongly suggest you read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ immediately because the FAQ explains that continuing to post here on this subject could disqualify you from being able to PAB about it.]
