On the 18th August I requested a withdrawal from CasinoPlex. I was lucky enough to have won a fair amount with a free chip they sent me. In order to release the money I happily made a modest first time deposit as well as provided all relevant docs. Since then I have been constantly fobbed off as to why they have not yet released my payment and now I have just heard from them yet again without being given a release date.

Has anyone else had any experience with this Casino?
 
I used to play quite frequently with Casino Plex, not that much lately though.

I never have had any issues getting paid in the past. They are not the fastest casino in terms of withdrawals, and the bonuses are deducted from withdrawals.

I've had an increase of free chips from them lately, not sure if they are marketing to get more fresh deposits, or if they just want to make old players happy. :cool:
 
Have yet to withdraw from them, but their promos and free chips are rather generous (although pretty standard fare for a Playtech casino I suppose). Support seems friendly as well.

Yes it does. After the play through from the bonus I had about £180. They take away £20 which was the bonus so I blew £60 leaving £120 then after they deducted the £20 I had £100 to withdraw.
With this being a bank holiday I guess that it will not be looked at now until at least next Tuesday.
Getting bonuses and winning off them is great,but this sort of treatment and attitude does not invite me to make deposits there :(
 
WARNING

Be very wary of depositing here because not only have they still got my money but they are obviously having issues paying out customers in general.
Below is a generic message they are sending out to complaints because I have had it 3 times now with the exact same errors.
