A casino recently gave me a good reason to close my account.
Usually, I don't tell them why I close my account, I don't think it's a good idea to give unethical casinos a leg-up.
Strangely they asked; "Would you like to close your account permanently?"
It was the first time I've been asked that by an online casino. It's probably to do with responsible gambling.

Be VERY careful how you answer this. If they log the closure as being for reasons related to "problem gambling", you could find that other casinos will close your accounts on grounds of "responsible gambling", which is often only discovered when you manage to win and withdraw, rather than when you are depositing and losing.
Take even MORE care if this is an EveryMatrix casino!
Following your warning (this time
) I went back and double checked with the casino. They told me that the reasons they had were not problem gambling and they said I should have no issues playing at other casinos.Similar threads
