Announcement Casinomeister 2016 Awards Have Been Announced!

Talking of Mark, I kinda just take him for granted, not in a bad way but we all know he is great at his job and has been for many many years, he needs no special mentions as we all just know he is a great rep

Mark is superb. If he was with an outfit like videoslots, every year it would be Mark vs Dan and it would be the closest thing ever and almost impossible for the members to choose between.

We all love Dan cause hes amazing but we cant forget about Mark who actually reaches out and helps people on a personal level. Remember them buying someone a computer and giving me like $200 to quit smoking...and who knows what else.

The thing is when 32red falls from the graces, Mark will suffer because of it. Which has happened. But he def deserves alot of love

Thanks Bryan, cm staff and forum members. Another great yr in cm.
Sadly I've been in less due to a lot of moving and lacklustre Internet.
But to what I've seen although one or 2 perhaps minor surprises all in all the awards went where deserved..all as expected...which shows there's some clear leaders in the pack and it's apparent there's ones who reaĺly have it together and others should take note.

Only one award I greatly disagree - best casino group GIG - the way they handled the player and games issues before and during the Christmas period qualified rather for the faceplant of the year. Telling players for weeks to empty cookies/clear cache was just hilarious as they knew all the time their casino platform was not up to the job yet they tried to pin it on the player connection/device etc..... and that for weeks without any improvement and of course never a true acknowledgement that the problem was at their end.

On top one of their casinos, Betspin, has done a runner from CM. Haven't seen a post or a CM promo in well over one year. :rolleyes:

Just one anomaly I noticed... CasinoLuck were on the shortlist in the original thread announcing the awards. But seem to have been replaced by Guts in the final announcement.

(CasinoLuck, Being a casino I'd put well above Gut's, and coincidentally, a group who I'd rate higher than GIG - size isn't everything !!!)

Be a bit fair to Bryan here. We were many who nominated them as a group, and we did that before the problems started, or at least at the same time.
We didn't know it would be handled that bad during Christmas.
Besides I hope we do see the whole year and not just the end of it. They are still a fair and highly rated group. I can't say much bad about Rizk or how the Captain have handled problems. Betspins rep are quiet but he is here in the backgroud. Not many posts or complaints about them so no need to post if he doesn't want to.

The end of a year is just as much as the beginning or the rest of it.

Fact is they lied to their customers and asked them to do useless stuff over and over and over and over again, and that for weeks. That is in my view unacceptable, no matter if in January, June or December.

Just look what Videoslots did...the soon they realized the new servers weren't going well they took the whole site down for nearly a day on the weekend instead of letting players face issues all the time. On top Dan kept us superbly informed how things are progressing. That is how it is done, absolutely commendable. :thumbsup:

Guts / GIG did exactly the opposite --> they knew very well that their platform has problems but happily let players deposit and face the problems...and when they complained they got told the same useless stuff over and over again and making them feel that the problems where at the players' side. So in essence, take the money and then lie to your customer. Not really what you expect from a "casino group of the year".

Then we had the botched promotions. And i won't even get started on Yits's hilarious posts crying how little a casino is making. :rolleyes:

I don't think Bryan have followed those threads either so when he made the awards he didn't know. Not that I think it would have made any difference but it can be something to think about.

Yes they did. This year Mark got awarded as the best forum rep, and if I didn't read it wrong their affiliate program also got one.
So they were mentioned :)

The number one reason I play most at Videoslots is because of Dan.

Sure, Videoslots has a really fast pay out and great game selection and nice reward program, but the thing is that, the reason why I can always relax with Videoslots is because I know for sure Dan is here to take care of any issue I encounter.

Also, congrats to every winner. I absolutely agree with the list of the winners.
 
Well done to Dan and Mark. Richly deserved.

Videoslots and 32 Red are my favourite casinos. Knowing you'll get paid as long as you haven't broken any rules gives piece of mind these days and both have excellent support and promotions.

Hope to meet you at the meeting next Tuesday 7th if either of you can make it.

Like I pointed out in my post about the gig group, How they was voted is beyond me, Decent thing that come from them last year was rizk

I play VS as its top class, Dan is a back up :) whats it been for me on-line gambling I think over 12 - 13 years now, I have ever only been stung twice, I do no not ask for bonus nor expect any an not complain if lose,

You may not say bad things against them but that line looked abit bad from what I read,

What I was trying to say is Dan also has other work to do without a doubt, So whats stopping other casino from employ another person to do what Dan does,

If other casino took what VS do this gambling lark would be on another level, I am not a person to say things are fixed but if VS didn't win than I would be :)
what they do is on a next level and out weigh any other site by a long shot

No company would employee someone simply to handle CM issues etc.

CM IMO is a VERY important tool to have "in your corner" from a casino operators point of view, it is worth its weight in gold, however you will not find it mentioned in any employees contracts or job descriptions.

Dan is not employed to monitor CM, he has accepted the responsibility to ADD this to his existing responsibilities.

Nor have I disagreed with anything said, I thank virtually all of Bryan's post where relevant and have too much respect to EVER question his knowledge where he would make my 14 years look like a pinch of salt in comparison to his knowledge and experiences.
