I have to say that I am incredibly dissapointed in my Casinomax experience. From absolutely horrible gameplay over 5 large deposits, to incredibly poor comps, they will not be getting any more of my business.

I've been one of the few that has been awarded the opportunity of withdrawing via BTC while they are in the "test" stages of it and I can honestly say that those who don't have this option available to them are not missing out on anything. Speed times are increased for approving the withdraws significantly. Usually their response time for approving wire transfers is sensationally fast. I'm talking hours, if not within the hour you submit the request for payout.
This is not the case for BTC payouts.
Twice I have requested BTC payouts and both times it took 2 days to approve the request, then the following day I receive the BTC promptly in the morning (assuming I get my payout tomorrow morning, this will be true)

Still, I have great respect for these operators. Their support is by far greater than the typical predatory RTG operators. A+ in that regards.

I Just hope that when they roll out btc payouts for everyone that this changes and matches the approval time of wire transfers.

Your pay out has been successfully uploaded so all should go through fine. Your account number is listed in the IBAN number (last 7 digits). If you will have any future pay outs you can request the withdrawal same way as this one and it should work just fine.

Anyways I wont argue about this. My fault for not finding the terms or remembering them. But I will be closing all my accounts for good after. That type of wager is really out of order.

80x wager total is insane especially considering that the bonus is also a phantom type! There are other RTG sites out there that have more reasonable wagering and the bonus is a traditional one where you keep all winnings. I know a few where it is 60x total or even 50x total depending on the site.

There is a reason that one person who used to stream on your sites often doesn't do it anymore due to the wagering and the RTP being low... It is sad. :/

We are trying to cater for all players here. Different casinos offer different wagering / special promotions / free chips. I've noticed that some of others wagering is almost same as ours however their free bonuses are on much higher wagering and lower max cash out value.

Saying that we are trying to find a balance here, all our deposit matches come with no maximum pay out as well where others will have a cap on how much you can withdraw while playing with a bonus. As you can see there are a lot of different offers out there with various terms and conditions attached. A lot of players do not take a bonus so they happily play without restrictions.
