Can there just be one casino that has CAD for the love of god. Just one time? I think you guys miss out on alot of money because you dont do this.

Also, from your posts, I believe you are stating your bonuses are sticky. This is not good nor competitive. There are many, most rtg casino's that dont do this. And this seems like a trend you guys are bringing from CWC to this one. If I want to a play without a bonus, sure this casino would be decent because you can trust it but rtg slots are notoriously tight as most casino's includingg CWC chose the lower rtp setting of the 3...so in order to survive, you need a bonus most times especially non sticky.

You have gained a serious competitor in casino extreme, as of right now I see absolutely no reason to choose this one over them. But I suspect you will get the odd deposit just out of principal of who you are as a person.

The RTG software does not have a multi-currency option - so the operators are forced to select just one (usually $US).
A few operators chose to open multiple casinos with the same name but with different currencies (e.g. iNetBet have a $US & a Euro version), but I don't know of any who have $CAD.

I can't prove it of course, but I don't think any online operator uses the lower RTP setting. Even the middle setting averages at about 95% which is lower than the likes of MG & NetEnt, but they do have some some high-variance games which do give you the chance of some decent wins.
As an affiliate I can tell you that players certainly can & do win big on RTG

Tighter than most. If you actually happen to get incredibly lucky and win AND make wagering, they take the bonus money back. Not many other casino groups do this kind of thing..mostly because players wont put up with it.

I think to actually be competitive and the leader of the RTG brand you must get rid of the sticky bonuses. Just last night I deposited $100 and got 100% with 30x wager no max bet or max cashout from an accredited rtg casino.

They have the perfect manager to be the best RTG casino around, they just have to get with the times a little more

Introducing every possible hurdle so that players are at a disadvantage from the time they deposit. Look at the list of set backs at this 'new' place. All they have done is carried all the negative stuff over from CWC and renamed it.

What does CasinoMax offer that NO OTHER RTG offers?.... Easy answer - A good rep and that's sadly it.

Thank you for your post.

I think there is some confusion here. None of our bonuses are cumulative apart form the welcome offer (300% or 150% first deposit match). If you claim any bonus offers and win while using specific bonus, only this particular bonus will be deducted upon cash out. For example - deposit $50 and claim 100% match - starting balance $100 - should you win while claiming this offer, we will deduct $50 (bonus value). Then your bonus balance is set back to $0 until you use another promotion bonus.

That's very strange as it shouldn't be logging you out. There is fair amount of time set in the system for active session even if you are not playing etc. I will double check this for you. Could you confirm that this is happening on instant play? Or you tried other client too and same issue occur.
