I deposited the $100 and took the 300% so I had a 400 bankroll. Early I hit like an 150x on nova 7 and a few little ones that got me up to $700

This casino just plays like your typical rtg on a lower setting. The $700 balance was gone in 1-2 hours on .50-$1 bets and some $2.

I think rtg should always choose the highest setting so people can enjoy their bankroll a little bit and want to return. Aside from the first hit the slots were almost completely dead. Reminded me of clubworld.

I also think the way rtg returns are, the bonuses cannot be stickied. They just cant. its almost impossible to win otherwise.

Anyone who can handle rtg or enjoy them you can atleast feel comfort in knowing they have a great casino manager so whatever you hit, you will get paid.

Well Im back to report and Im a bit shell shocked atm. Ive been on a TEAR at Casino Max tonight non-stop since my deposit! Thanks Karolina! So far I am really excited about what I am seeing from Casino Max. When this win happened, I didnt even have docs submitted. Usually you can expect quite a delay as Casino's hope you play it back. However, this was not the case. Of course as with any offers we have it's player choice if they want to participate. Bonuses are strict, so if you don't want to be restricted you can always play with cash and when unsuccessful our customer support can review the account and check if any other offer can be added.

Hopefully we can get a clear and concise answer to this from Karolina. What I gleaned from her previous posts is that if you do a cash deposit with no bonus and win you can cash out the whole lot. Hopefully we can get that clarified. If you get any bonuses you took deducted from a cashout at a future point even if you don't take a bonus then this structure is alot like the hated Virtual Casino Group. I don't think that is the case here at least I hope not.

I'm sorry I wasn't clear enough on previous reply.

The scenario you presented as follow:

$50 deposit + 300% bonus = Balance $200 / $150 bonus fund

3 x same scenario = $450 total bonus used

Playthrough converted on 3rd deposit match / balance $500 = not enough for a cash out as $450 bonus removal need to be deducted - your account balance need to be at least $650 to be eligible for a payout (min $200).

I hope this clarifies this now.

We do not have all bonuses cumulative at all, it is only welcome offer package, the 300% match.

Answer to your first example - no winnings were gained on welcome offer match only on deposit after playing the bonus funds = No bonus removal will be issued

Answer to your second example - After you used welcome offer all bonuses are counted as single promotion, so no if you used 30 bonuses and then won we will not remove 30 bonuses form your winnings. Only the bonus you played at the time when playthrpough was converted will be removed. If you played with clean deposit there is no bonus removal involved.

We have not left anything "deliberately unattended".

Our IT guy is unfortunately off on holiday at the moment, he has been working extremely hard over the last few months, and I feel it would be unfair to disturb him over his time off. He will be back next week.

As far as overcharges go, I think you know and can confirm that we credited your account for any overcharges on your deposits. You may have suffered the overcharges because of your location which also caused an exchange rate issue.

We have never deceived any player, nor do we plan to do so, we have been open as to where we are with wallet solutions, and we hope that these will be available soon.

It's usually 0.99% to the jackpots, i.e. Playtake but I've seen RTG rules where it states 1.5% although 1% is normal. If you look at my recent video of their dreadful Gemtopia slot it states 1.5% in the rules as a maximum contribution.

There's no way of God's Earth you are playing 97.50% RTG slots. For a start they are operator-set between 91-97% and at 97% even, the EV on the big RTG bonuses would murder the casino. If you saw 95% I'd be surprised, I'd guess 93 or even 91% in order to ensure the bonuses were EV- hence the fact they offer them so often. If you're used to playing 95-97% Gnatent, Microcloning, Play 'n Blow or IGT for years then play RTG you can instantly notice the meanness of the slots and relative lack of play time as a result of the lower RTP's, irrespective of volatility.

Remember RTG casinos have a captive market and little or no competition from more 'generous' slot providers as a result of the location(s) of most of their players so can choose what they set their games at - and it ain't going to be in YOUR favour!

If you remember the Raging Bull RTG that was here (when it was OK) they had a free chip with a $100 cash-out. Me and a few others made it and were paid OK. (I have a video somewhere on my YT to back this up) and I knew whilst playing that I was clearly on a hook as the games were obviously on 97% and all being loose. When I became a depositor and took a bonus I realised immediately that I was on 93 or 91% as all the same games played totally differently. A few others made this observation too. We were clearly playing a better %RTP on the introductory than when cash+bonus depositors.

If their CS has told you that you are playing 1/40 house edge slots (97.50%) with 300% bonuses of 30xD+B WR then they need certifying. You ain't.

If you saw 95% I'd be surprised, I'd guess 93 or even 91% in order to ensure the bonuses were EV- hence the fact they offer them so often. If you're used to playing 95-97% Gnatent, Microcloning, Play 'n Blow or IGT for years then play RTG you can instantly notice the meanness of the slots and relative lack of play time as a result of the lower RTP's, irrespective of volatility.

Remember RTG casinos have a captive market and little or no competition from more 'generous' slot providers as a result of the location(s) of most of their players so can choose what they set their games at - and it ain't going to be in YOUR favour!

If you remember the Raging Bull RTG that was here (when it was OK) they had a free chip with a $100 cash-out. Me and a few others made it and were paid OK. (I have a video somewhere on my YT to back this up) and I knew whilst playing that I was clearly on a hook as the games were obviously on 97% and all being loose. When I became a depositor and took a bonus I realised immediately that I was on 93 or 91% as all the same games played totally differently. A few others made this observation too. We were clearly playing a better %RTP on the introductory than when cash+bonus depositors.

If their CS has told you that you are playing 1/40 house edge slots (97.50%) with 300% bonuses of 30xD+B WR then they need certifying. You ain't.

I too got horrific gameplay. I used the 3 deposit bonuses. I also made a couple others and got quite few freechips, cash back and freespins.

I had one hit at the beginning of wagering but aside from that about $3000 between deposits+bonuses freechips spins etc and it was honestly a complete disaster.

I know of approx 20 others that took the $40 no deposit freechip and not a single one of them came close to winning

I just dont think the casino should claim "our slots are set at the highest setting" when thats not even close to the truth.

Clubworld has theirs set at 91% and both Karolina and Thomas know CWC business did well so why would they raise it?

They also do not tell you your overall rtp correctly. I tracked all of it and then asked support out of curiosity to their response and they said it was 7% higher than what it was.

I signed up yesterday at Casino Max . Asked nicely and received $40 no deposit bonus. Gave about 100 Spins on Gemtopia on $0.45 and $0.30 bets, but could not trigger the bonus and wins are not often at all.

Finally had $25 balance and almost 100 spins and could not even trigger free spins on Cash Bandits 2. With $10 balance left I decided to play Kung Fu Rooster, and could not win there either and busted eventually after almost 100 + spins on Kung Fu.

Either the slots RTP is really low or I am just impatient, because I can fire up my favourite RTG, springbok casino now and trigger bonus on cash bandits in less than 50 spins.

I busted with a little over 200 spins on 3 different slots from $40 and could not trigger bonus on any of them.

When I submitted my first payout request, they responded within minutes (yes minutes) asking for docs. Emailed docs in and first thing in the morning (8:30am EST) my docs were approved and so was my payout. 2 business days later the money was wired into my checking account.

If anyone has EVER played at a non-BTC, RTG based casinos, then they know how painful it is to deal with the payout process. Usually other sites will take up to a week or 2 (horrifyingly sometimes longer) just to verify docs. Then they claim it takes a week UP TO 30 days to 'process' the payout. Once processed you'd be lucky to see it in your account in a week.

Non of that bullsh** happens at Casino Max.

Yeah, I cleared a $40 bonus. I’ll decline bonuses in future deposits and see if it matters but I’m not a RTG fan. I would rather play on Euro casinos as there’s more variety.

Maximum cash out on the free chip you used is $200. That's the cashable balance from which we need to deduct $25 processing fee. Therefore $175 was sent to you. $200 max cash out - $25 fee = $175.

Wish I could say I'm having just as much ease as you had. Deposited with bitcoin, had a lot of fun, won a decent amount. Verifying documents, had to do it twice because they were digital "copies" had to take pictures of me holding them (never heard of this before?) Try to withdraw the same way you did, next day gets cancelled and I get an email saying I need to withdraw through Bitcoin. Awesome but then I go and look in the cashier, it's not there? Go to live chat and basically he tells me he can send it for me if I give him my wallet address. Now I get an email saying that this needs to be escalated by the cashier manager because its showing on their end that I should have this option, but not mine. Of course I'm assuming now that this guy couldn't just do it manually and I'll have to wait for something that I shouldn't have to. Hopefully no more issues after I hear back.
