Accidentally processed a larger amount than wanted last night on Casinomax.

Since playing Casinomax/cherry jackpot I had noticed when depositing with credit card that the amount you last used is always filled in the cashier. I have almost made the mistake of depositing with the prior amount that's already filled in when I actually wanted a new amount. It's always been an aggravating thing to me.

Well the amount already filled in finally got me last night. Have a new computer with touch screen after filling in credit card code scrolled down and accidentally hit deposit, well as it was going to the processing screen I thought to myself, no big deal it will fail because I didn't put in an amount, well sure enough an amount pops up, and after being confused how it ran that dollar figure I then remembered that the amount is always filled in. It normally wouldn't be a problem but I was actually looking to deposit almost half of what was processed.

Not sure if anyone else has found this aggravating, but it would be great if it was $0 in the amount section so you always have to fill in a dollar figure.

Yes, I agree with you. It's been like that for a little while now and sometimes it's convenient and sometimes it's not.

I always double check ive had problems depositing today at Casino Max I had to call in and they at least admitted my deposits keep getting held up on their processor end. Like honesty, they apologized said wait a bit

Hi All!

I just confirmed with the company which provides cashier software and they said that they pre-fill the deposit amount as to last deposited amount. I agree wit you that it is not ideal as mistakes can happen easily. I requested they give us ability to remove this option. I'm awaiting reply form them so it should be 'fixed' shortly.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

Yes the auto fill cost me $65. Intended to deposit $70 and when I scrolled down on a small screen I accidentally hit deposit and it processed precious amount of $135.00.

Thanks for looking into.

I would also love to see them get rid of the yellow pop up to redeposit. Sorry but if I'm losing soo not redepositing and we can clearly see that there is no money. Kind of a no brainer and t screams casino greed. A lot of casinos doing that and its annoying at least in my opinion.

Hi BMWSTACK,

May I ask you if you used Enter tab to go through the deposit or you clicked on Deposit to the account tab?

Kind Regards,
Karolina

Hi dreamguardian1,

Are you referring to the low balance pop up message when it appears saying you do not have enough funds to make another bet?

I am pretty certain that after entering credit card code i pressed enter but then tried to scroll down on touch screen to the dollar figure section and thought I hit deposit while scrolling down. Now that you ask about the enter button maybe it did process after entering credit card code and pressing enter. It happened so fast I thought why was it processing and thought it would decline because I didn't enter a dollar figure, but that's when I saw it processed for like $135, and it took me a few mins but then saw the dollar figure is always filled in. I was going to ask chat about refunding, but I knew they wouldn't be able to help and I also know you don't pay to credit card, so I was stuck having to play that deposit.

Hi BMWSTACK,

I think that the enter button was the main issue here. I can confirm that this feature was disabled now and you will have to hit actual deposit button in order to make a transaction. This should help to avoid similar mistakes. I hope it will work better for all customers.

Kind Regards,
Karolina
