Hey all,

i signed up at Casinoloco today (a nice new NetEnt cashino) and had some fun with the slots.

I made a deposit of 30 and got 45 bonus on it. Start playing and won nearly 1.000 bucks on "The Wishmaster" (see the screenshot below). I was wondering about my account status which shows something like the following:

Balance: 1.004
Casino: 30
Bonus: 45
Withdrawable: 929

Jep, i played at casinos where only deposit and bonus or even just the bonus is locked until playthru is made. At Casinoloco i transferred the 929 to the main account and withdrawed it. It´s now on pending.

Did i made a mistake by this? I appreciate playing there, so does anyone made experiences over there (especially to their bonus system)?

BR,
Polli

The win:

Don't be so sure. The only rule there is is that you have to wager your bonus 40 times, and never bet over €5.

I would not play there. They have no T&C's and no responsible gambling options :eek2:
Not much of support either it seems like.

Why not, it is a swedish company behind this brand (www.netgaming.se).

There was a time when I did trust Swedish companies. I've learned my lesson and most of the spam I get these days is actually in Swedish.

The company have existed since 2005 so yes they should know what they are doing.
But why so little information? Why no normal T&C's, or can you see any when logged in?

Jes, here are the Terms & Conditions:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

And here is the sheet abour responsible gambling:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Where did you find those rules? I checked everywhere in the Swedish site.
It seems like it's for poker players though since there is no mention of the casino and nothing about bonuses so you still don't know their rules.

The responsible gambling page just had a few questions you could ask yourself and an address to people who can help. I saw that too.

As far as i see: 40x the bonus
And they have an extra status "withdrawable money".

Can´t see more info regarding my natural topic.

First of all, congrats! This would be a decent cashout, hope it all goes well.

I looked at their rules and cant find a specific answer to whether you can withdraw your "withdrawable balance" and forfeit the bonusfunds.

Have you tried to check this with their livesupport?

They send me alot of spam, and i never tried them as i always thought they wouldnt be very reputable, but thats just a feeling of mine.

Keep us updated!

As the terms clearly state you have to wager all bonus 40x before withdrawing I do not think you can just forfeit the bonus.

If that was the case then the withdrawable amount should be 959 and not 929 as the withdrawable amount would include your deposit and would just have the bonus missing.

Well the bonus page says 40x the bonus before cash in (the bonus?).
---
And it says 50x the free spins win befor withdraw.

That´s why i thought it is just related to the bonus and the deposit. On the other hand: Why should the system sy it is withdrawable and approved that withdraw to the main account if it isn´t allowed?

Dont trust that, i often experienced that casinos had a cashier/bank system where it looked like your balance would be withdrawable but if their terms say you have to go through the whole wr with no exceptions this would be the base for any decisions form their side.

I would go ahead and check this with support as their bonusrules are just a few lines, leaves much room for imagination. Therefor make sure you get a solid answer that leaves no room for any speculation, in written.

Well, damn it. :(

Then i just can wait for the support´s answer. The bonus rules are short and let open a wide scene for interpretation.

I think the 40x bonus WR applies IF you actually use the bonus funds - did you at any time fall below half your total deposit+bonus?
Secondly, did your deposit all turn to bonus funds, or as seems likely was it stacked as cash to be played first before bonus?
If 'yes' to both the above you may be OK.
BE careful though, you just can't trust those Swedes....:D

P.S. Sorry I meant to ask if 'no' to the first and 'yes' to the second then you're OK....

First, no, i got the win above and never fall below the line. Second, no it was seperatly as mentioned in my first post: So i had 4 balances: total, cash, bonus, withdrawable.

Just checking - in that case I'd be confident you're OK. The bonus is forfeited (if unused) upon withdrawal.
Let us know.

I cleared my rest casino balance to zero after withdrawal.
At least, when playing with the bonus I wasn't able to transfer money to the main cashier.

Iam playing online for 14 years. Could give a kick to myself for Getting in this situation: like a beginner...

Still hope everything will works. Cause it seems to be a nice casino.

If I understand correctly you withdrew, it is pending and you went back and played the remaining CASH only?
Not the bonus that needs to be left in the account for forfeiture?
If you played the bonus then that almost certainly will cause problems, as you're supposed to leave it alone if you w/d.

I think that was a VERY bad idea!
If part of the remaining balance was a bonus that can be forfeit - then you should not touch it.
How can you forfeit something you don't have?
And having touched the bonus, you are committed to completing the WR on it (if it's a safety net bonus).

I fear you may have put yourself in a very dodgy situation...

Casinoloco is a sister site to pokerloco which maxd issued a warning for:

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/poker-loco-wont-discuss-player-issues.47023/?t=47023

To the topic here I think that op had the right to make a withdrawal if there were separate cash and withdrawable amounts. I guess that the system is exactly as LeoVegas system where you can make a withdrawal all the time if you never used the bonus money.

Still, it might be bad to make a withdrawal and after that touch the bonus money. This can be a real trap.

I think the best would be to just wait what the support says regarding this. I also think it´s a bit strange that a site which operates for many years has such lousy, undetailed bonusrules on their website. Either this is intended to their advanatage or just lack of professionalism.

Anyway, even if the balance should not be cashable yet i hope that at least they are so fair to put it back giving op the chance to fullfil the remaining requirements, should there be any.

What i find a bit bad is that op palyed out his balance, requested a wd without beeing sure about its all in the rules. i wouldnt have touched this balance until i have a written confirmation from support. so you would be always safe.
