Sorry...there is no more Montana Overseas Disputes.....they're officially defunct.....

RTG states that a new group - Hastings BV - will take over the disputes process..you may want to check out their "impressive" website www.hastingsbv.com. What? no dispute link? Well hey, give them a year or two and I'm sure they'll get their act together....

AGAIN......

RTG continues to look away while casino after casino sticks it to the player!!!!

Anyways, i'm discourageous of online gaming.. you're at the mercy of casino...you can't do nothing they are in other country and more Costa Rica laws protect them , check on her website :

TEXT ON WEB PAGE :

Consumer Warning

When you use an On-line Casino based in Costa Rica you are playing at your own risk and you are at the mercy of the On-line Casino's good faith to fulfill its representations. Casinos may decide at their own discretion not to pay what you have earned and there is no way you can collect those monies since it is illegal in Costa Rica to collect money based on gambling.

Changing the Costa Rican laws so that people can hold on-line casinos liable if they do not fulfill their responsibilities and representations to their customers is almost culturally impossible due to the Catholic religious beliefs.

Currently, the Costa Rican Congress is discussing a new casino law (Ley de Casinos) to regulate Casinos hosted in Hotels. The law intends to regulate the gambling industry in Costa Rica. Congress is debating whether to ban a few of the current Casino games or to make gambling legal in Costa Rica.

Suggestion

If I were you I would email them one last time.. and explain to them that these $250 are going to cost them more in the end .

I think they are CROOKS and they should at least respond to your emails , you can count on me to help you fight this shady organization.

Its not about the $$ its about the fu*** principle , these places should be shut down and thats the bottom line. I live in Costa Rica and work here and these joints only give the country and good companies that are estbalished in this country a bad name.

the e-mail.!

Hi there,

Ok now... explain me why you locked my account? Why you refuse to pay me my winning? Wich term & conditions have broken with you?

You know...i'm a normal players like anyone, and when i win...i want to be paid ! It's normal no?!

At the end, you know...this will cost you many more than 250$, by losing new players... by seeing your name on a Casino Problem Forum...you want to do business...but you won't take care of all this you know?

You're in Costa Rica...and don't worry, i don't fight just for me...for all players that been frauded by you. Check in Casinomeister forum talking about you...write casinoextreme in google..you will see your reputation going down?! You're probably happy that Montana overseas dispute is no more...

I'm probably just a young goys for you...and you think "Oh, they can't do nothing about us"... imagine how i'm happy to have never deposited by Credit Card with you...

Please be honest and talk with me... the best thing to resolve any problem is talking, not ignoring... no responding to email!

Hope to get a response soon,
Have a nice day
Simon

Now why did you write your dispute with the casino here on the forum, and not email the casino? Or did you just put your dispute email here too for everyone to see...?
Seems like every dispute channel at the moment is handling this very poorly. Playtech never did a good job, montana is gone, and i have also been hearing bad things about ecogra, specificly the fact that they are not putting the disputes into public.

Hi ,

Yes just want to show the email sent to her... i know ! The internet now going to ... :eek2: The next time...i'm advice that the only place doing play is on Uk licensed.

Anyways,

At the very least, call or email Hastings BV - the supposed "new" haven for lodging disputes involving RTG licensees. The web address is www.hastingsbv.com

As you'll discover, it's little more than a shell at this juncture, but you have to keep the pressure on if you have any hope of forcing either the casino, RTG, or both, to react.

RTG has been quite "cavalier" recently about avoiding what has become a growing number of casino complaints. The few good operators (49er, inetbet, Geisha Lounge) are still responding to issues in a timely fashion, but the suspect group (too numerous to list, but including Crystal Palace, your very own Casino Extreme, Cirrus, Vegas Lucky etc. etc. etc. etc.) have become even more brazen and non responsive than in previous years. And that's involving customer service track records that were abysmal to begin with!

Not to beat a dead horse, but RTG's unannounced retreat from Montana to Hastings - with NO EXPLANATION RENDERED TO FOLKS WHO HAD ONGOING DISPUTES VIA MONTANA- is an outrage. Strangely though, many longtime posters haven't weighed in on this topic.....which only solidifies the belief many of us share, that Realtime Gaming greases some pockets every now and then...

Again, keep up the pressure,,,,and don't back down - regardless of whatever lame excuses you're bound to hear. These guys aren't invincible, and some very formidable RTG critics are poised to launch an offensive of their own.

Whether it will help you or me (also a victim of RTG licensee monkey business) remains to be seen, but LONG TERM, I feel pretty confident that positive changes will result.

Not-so-nice little insult in there ... care to elaborate on exactly who on this forum you think is being bribed?

First off, my apologies to any forum members who thought I alluded to "bribing".....My previous post in retrospect, was not worded as succinctly as it should have been. My primary point is that RTG has historically, engaged many people to assist them in promoting their sites (for money...which is an accepted practice)Unfortunately, other than inetbet, 49er, Geisha Lounge and a few others, a large percentage of them are below board.

So...Not necessarily in this forum Mac, but I've seen a number of posters announce the "brand new" RTG outlet (Hastings) as an actual news worthy item - all the while ignoring the fact that Realtime Gaming simply flew the coop with Montana. (see Cipher's earlier comments about this...they're dead on in my mind...)

Hey RTG has many affiliates that make a good buck out of promoting their vast stable of less than stellar licensees. So the only point I'm trying to make is, that many of these folks often times skirt the main issue:

that RTG has ALWAYS been "hands off" in policing their casinos.

For those of you that think they're merely a software provider....that's your opinion, and you're certainly entitled to it.

I and many others though, feel that Realtime Gaming should take a more proactive role and come out from the shadows. And whatever your opinion Mac, you must admit that the Montana exit was poorly handled, and the new Hastings website is pretty much a joke at this juncture.

Again!

Since more than 2 month,

Always get no respond...and always told me :

Savy> They will review your account and and get back to you with in 48hours.

Savy> I am not athorized to do anything on your account....I will make a note and let them know that I had a chat session with you.

I think i will never see the color of my 250$...and like anyone i've receive a mail from Montana told me that my request will be processed soon but the link to reply no work :(:eek2:

Casino Extreme is not paying me $175 (net winnings only $75). I requested my Cash out in January, and they still havent paid. The CS is terrible, and I have to wait 3-7 days for an e-mail reply. I have sent documents 2-3 times already.

I shot an e-mail to Hastings (info@hastings.com), unfortunately they seem to offline as it has been confirmed here :what:

Dear Hastings

I have played at Casino Extreme which operaters under RTG license. It has been over a month (original WD in January) since I requested my cash out and it still has not been processed.

I sent all the documents they requested and contact them about 10 times already. Casino Extreme does not respond well to e-mails, about half of my e-mails go unanswered. For any answer I must wait 3-7 days atleast. They still have not paid me and I am very worried about my money.

I would like to consider that playing in a casino under RTG license would be safe, but with these experiences I find it hard to recommend any RTG casinos to anyone. I am hoping that you could help me out in retrieving my winnings.

The total withdrawal was just for $175. My net winnings were only $75, so I do not understand what the real problem is. I have checked Casinomeister forum where issues and problems with e.g. RTG Casinos and Casino Extreme are discussed. It has been confirmed that Casino Extreme is known for its rogue tricks.

My account name: ... Casino: Casino Extreme

First of all, my first name is NOT even close to Ralph. :eek2: Secondly, I have never used their cash back system. I even played without a bonus, so there shouldnt be any concerns.

There are a few issues. They still haven't paid me (WD request made in January). Secondly they sent me details another player's gaming history at their account. I would be a bit a worried about my own personal info - what if they happen to send any of my personal idetails to other players? Very unprofessional.
