Shit the bed! The money actually arrived after requesting the withdrawal 3 weeks ago and many, many verification emails and exclaiming to them I want to keep playing on the site but need to make sure I can withdraw first!
I have learned from this experience! Don't trust these bastards and keep away! I have been Very Very lucky!
Mate i actually got mine a day after they verified my documents and i consider myself extremely lucky also to get the payout at all after reading all these comments! There was actually hardly any bother at all for me surprisingly :eek2:

I don’t understand what they are going on about I deposited without a bonus but once I deposited they added the bonus, I went on chat and said I didn’t want the bonus they said they can’t remove the bonus, so I ended up just playing I had to wager 35 grand from a 300 deposit. So I played and played and ended up after the wagering was done with 1000 euro so that’s when I decided to withdraw. I only played slots I didn’t play any of the casino live games or scratch cards just slots. I got a phone call congratulating me on my win and they will sort out my withdrawal. Now I have had a email saying managers decision is final and I won’t be getting nothing and they won’t explain why in the email. This is the first time I have experienced this and I don’t no what to do. If someone can help me it would be much appreciated as I am not that good with things like this

Not have much knowledge about regulations and law when it's coming to these shithole offshore casinos accepting UK players, is there any authority who could make them stop or pay big fine? Does UKGC or any other authority anywhere have legal ground to make them something what actually would feel in their wallet or change something?

Just without any knowledge about it, just with simple thinking if i run any kind of online site, casino or whatever in some off shore country nobody here event recognize by name, is there any legislation what actually would force me to something or is just that some countries regulators can send them fine of XXXX pounds and they can use it as a toilet paper (if toilets exist country they are based)?

Just really be curious that who could be authority to be able to make them stop and pay fines about something? If UK customer for example keep signig in to these shithole places, are these themselves breaking any laws where they are operating and is there anything why they would have to actually do what ever some countries regulator podies are telling them? With my unexisting knowledge and moment of nonlogical thinking, i can find that player who play there might be breaking some UK gambling laws if even these as is it illegal to gamble online in different part of the world? But long as casino is based in these countries far away with funny name, i couldn't figure out what else than nuclear weapon to right place could make them stop?

That is absolutely wild! Tell them to return your deposits or you will bring it up with the authority. Unfortunately because it's not UK Jurisdiction there isn't much you can really do other than that. Why are you playing at non UKGC sites? Why are these casinos still accepting players? Its absolutely nuts

I no I am stupid I found it on someone’s website and it was voted number 1. Won’t be making the mistake again
It's a shame you didn't find Br*nze C*sino here:

The UKGC say it's against the law to provide gambling services to UK players without a licence. As also said, I don't see what they can do other than press Curacao to act

But if something is illegal in UK, is it illegal in Curacao or some other country where these might be operating? My guess is as well that there is not much really to do if Curacao or what ever country would for some reason start to follow requests to act from other countries for something is not violating their own legislations but just because something in UK is not allowed. My thinking didn't lead anywhere further but this feels to be kind of issue that UKGC can be sending hundreds of letters there and ask them to act, but they are providing licensed to these casinos and getting money from them.
From pressure from UK (or any other regulated country in Europe like Sweden etc...) they would only have extra work to try to stop these casinos operating without any income but costs and use of their own resources trying to be nice for UK because they are asking. What UKGC could maybe do would be criminalizing all online gambling to everywhere in the world if provider don't have UKGC license and start to penalise UK residents who are doing it.

Couldn't come out with any other real outcome what might be doable even in theory (and not sure how possible that would be, but more likely than make these offshore countries to spend money and resources to kind request from country from other side of the world). That's shite and hopefully people who are allowed to use internet and full age to gamble would do enough homework not to get themselves involved to these casinos but for first time player who decide to click link and play some spins offered for free like have heard friends are doing in online casinos, probably have no clue how casino should be regulated etc.... You just see offer to play some games where you been hearing and reading and now decided to give a try.

It's like double tax treaties. The UK have an understanding with many other countries where they operate one way. For instance the UK, US and MGA will work together and it's impossible to open an account in Europe as a UK player. Curacao is different, it's like the Cayman Islands of gambling for non regulation.

And these shithole companies exist and will be existing in future. There probably is quite few very shady illegal casino sites hidden in web what you don't find with google etc.. but are fully anonymous and operating in crypto currencies.

There are always people who are willing to break law for money in different businesses and unfortunately what more something get restricted, there is supply for illegal demand. If gambling would be totally illegal everywhere in a world, it would exist. We have in history seen few serious attempts to ban alcohol in different countries but restrict something what is so commonly used is working how history have shown, some people make quite a fortune in black market as what people demand enough is not stopped by restriction (yes and there have always been illegal casinos for gambling as long as human history goes if it's not legally allowed).

Just a quick update, after constantly sending them emails telling them I am going to the authorities they sent me a message asking me to go into live chat. They have tried making up some rubbish saying that one slot game wasn’t allowed to be played so that’s why it’s void. I said that game shouldn’t allow players into it then if it’s not allowed. He as told me they will refund my deposit. He asked if we could do the refund through what’s app now I have never heard of casinos doing that so he said he will email me to sort the refund out am still a bit cautious. If i get my deposit back I will be happy even though I still think I should be getting all my winnings
