Hi all, I’m new to this site, I have been reading comments about Bronze casino and was looking for more information on them, I myself have made several deposits with them the reason for doing this is that the bonuses that they offer are very good also there games are different from my usual selection,
Now I find the chat menu to be very good and efficient, they throw in free spins and free money to play with quite a lot,
So what I was wanting to know, is it illegal for me to play at this casino as the are not regulated in the UK, when I asked them in there chat menu they say that they know I’m from the uk and are happy to accept me as a player on there site, I have never made a withdrawal from them as I very rarely make withdrawals from any site as I don’t see the point of withdrawing knowing that I will just deposit in the next few weeks and as I only deposit £25 a visit and I’m only playing for fun I’m not in the big time league, so any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

If you've no intention of making withdrawals, then why play paid games and not demos?

If you are going to deposit, you couldn't have picked a worse site. If you did get lucky and win a substantial amount and then decided to withdraw, you'll find the aggro begins. Pointless document requests, slow CS, suddenly find you're in breach of some rogue term or other and then they'll simply lock your account if you complain and they consider you won't be depositing again.

You'll likely be playing dodgy software too in may cases.

Yeah, for a player who never intends withdrawing, they're fit for purpose. Yes, they are breaking UK law by accepting your deposits, and so are you by gambling at unlicensed sites from the UK.

So, what are your thoughts on KasinoKing's site, which he advertises on CM, through his signature.
He promotes non-UKGC licensed casinos to UK players.
A quick example from the best bonuses page. there are other casinos on other pages.

Slotland, win-a-day and superior. Don't have UK licenses, yet they accept UK players, and are promoted as doing so

No, they don't accept UK - they used to before April 2016 and the UKGC licensing for UK players. If you check the terms of those sites, (I only did 2, so unless you know better?) they don't accept UK players. Maybe he hasn't updated the image from when UK could play them. I know some sites still take play from historic players who joined before that date.

EDIT: I checked those 4, 3 prohibit but I cannot see UK prohibited on Superior.

well the first one I've just tried - Slotland, has accepted me.
United Kingdom was even pre-selected for me, from the countries menu.
So they might be covering their arses to the casual observer/licensing authority, by showing UK restricted in their T&C.
But actually registering and being accepted, is another story

I even got offered an exclusive KK 1st deposit bonus..

Just signed up as well to get to their terms. Have a look.

Hi all,

I'm a UK player who has self registered with Gamstop due to gambling problems. I came across Bronze (cant remember how) but have done a few deposits which went through no problem and have been playing on the casino every now and again. The reason I didn't play on there too much is that the games on there are all crap copies of better known casinos. However, I decided to play Book of Sun and actually made a decent payout amount. So, the reason I'm here is that I'm currently going through the withdrawal process and as expected I have been requested to send proof of ID, address, bank card, and a phone call for verification. This has now all been done and am just waiting for a reply to tell me I'm probably missing something. I'll keep you updated on my progress but at the minute am sceptical.. if it does happen and I receive my withdrawal that will be a bonus as I'll then be 100% in profit and will not be depositing any more considering I shouldn't have been in the first place.

Haha I thought as much. I'll post my updates (if any)!
If you do get paid, take the money and f*ck-off out of the place as fast as you can. Do not deposit again. Do not pass 'GO'.

Trust me, if you do go back and win anything of note, that's when the BS will begin, no-pay, CS stalling you then arbitrary account locking.

The chances are you weren't even playing real slots there, but bent copies.

Hello, I thought I better reply to your message because I also have a gambling problem and registered with Gamstop and like you have made a few deposits with Bronze, I made a withdrawal yesterday thankfully it’s only €100, the only reason I have made the withdrawal was to see if they would payout, as it would have been real gutting if I won a couple of grand, so €100 is bad enough, but I have received a message wanting all these documents sent to them, I really have mirrored your situation, so please let us know how your withdrawal goes, as I will if I hear anything back from them.

Good luck !

Here is the deal - if you have a gambling problem, just sign up at any of these rogue casinos - they will take your money, you play shitty fake games, and they will or might not pay you depending on the soup of the day. You are pretty much f***ed - but that's what gambling is all about - taking chances, right?

The UKGC won't do anything about it. They have been notified, and they have the capability to use Google just like anyone else. But they are more concerned about posturing themselves politically and to "save the children" and look good for the Guardian - which also won't care unless you are being spammed by Willhill etc.

It is pretty much clear to most everyone that the UKGC would rather drag a household named casino through the shit than go after the real crooks of this industry. No one who can actually do anything. It has been like this for at least two decades. This may sound harsh or blunt, but those are the facts - jack.

Look guys - there is a problematic undercurrent here which we predicted on here back when GamStop began.

Players using the scheme will be tempted to look for and play at unlicensed clip joints, who must be rubbing their hands in glee with swathes of problem gamblers looking them up, the most profitable players with the weakest resolve.

There's a danger that information within this thread may be tempting to other excluded players.

Don't people, just don't...……. :(

There are only two real entities in the industry who give a flying rat's ass - us and thePogg.

Ask Gamblers has them right there on the top and apparently don't mind selling advertising space to these a-holes.

Ay up everyone, been following this post over the past few days as i too have been playing at Bronze Casino past few weeks. I wouldn’t consider myself a ‘problem’ gambler as such but i did impose gamstop for 12 months a while back as i just didn’t want the temptation.

Fast forward 6 months and i’m in good financial shape, and fancied a little go on the slots as you do. The first 3 deposits (totalling 130 euros) were quickly lost and forgotten about.. the other day i put another 30 in and managed to get to 378 which is now pending - i’ve sent the documents across for verification but after reading this thread i’m not too confident about the payout.

Has anyone ever actually been able to withdraw winnings from there? I’m a UK player of course, and now i realise they don’t have a UK licence! Genuine mistake from me - any advice/help this forum can give me would be amazing

I would report them to the UKGC telling them you didn't know that they had no license. You could possibly go to a solicitor to see if there is a chance to retrieve any funds deposited there are well. You could also contact The Guardian telling them your story about how these offshore casinos are taking UK bets and nothing is being done about it. The Guardian is so worried about players being taken advantage of by house hold name casinos - the real problem lies with casinos like Bronze Casino that solicit deposits from problem gamblers.

Why are you sending ID documents to an unlicensed rogue casino? You do know that your info is probably being sold to the highest bidder.

Because i want my 378 euros haha, to be honest i blurred out everything they didn’t ask for so i’m not worried about that. A few people seem to have had payouts from them so fingers crossed ay, if they’re funny about it i’ll take your advice above. Thank you for getting back to me
