I joined and played here yesterday and found the support pretty hopeless. I registered and selected the signup offer and made my deposit. No bonus was added and support said they couldn’t see why there would be an issue so they would escalate it. I ask if I could start to play and they said that’s fine.

I played and lost thinking the bonus would be added at some point. Now get told I didn’t claim the new player offer which I know I did. Nothing they can do, not even have the bonus available on my next deposit.

Won’t be playing there again.

PM username and the world will look much better, also i can go through notes to see why the bonus wasnt credited.
Given that the first customer who joined experienced the same, but support added it immediately. So not sure, but im here to correct it for you :)

So like 4th here... while checking the transactions I do see succesful claims.

I had the same problem last night. I even remember seeing the bonus code, which had been added to the deposit page, by selecting the bonus from my account.
But CS added it within a couple of minutes :)

P.S. for any other criticisms or problems. Just refer to my posts in the Hyper Casino BBF thread.
Since CasinoCasino is basically an identical site (same screen problems etc...)
 
hi @brianmon but it is clear we have some issues related to claiming a bonus. That's shit. I'm happy we have support, but not between 1AM and 8AM. So Need to get this sorted ASAP!

Sorry for that guys! We will fix it, no stress!
 
i had a little play last night, didn't add the bonus here either and I was thrown out the site at one point and it wouldn't load due to 'bad gateway'. Chat were very polite and helpful - only criticism is i didn't win ;):laugh:
 
What I don't undrestand is why it is stated here that this casino also accepts Dutch players. I used to have an account with this casino several years ago, and other sister casino's within the same group. Now they don't exist anymore.

They have all the licenses they need to allow Dutch players but they don't accept Dutch players. None of L&L casino's do anymore. I wonder if they ever legally did although I was able to sign up and deposit with iDeal which is solely used for Dutch players, but this was a while ago.

I undrestand. Krooncasino now part of bml group has also changed it's name to casino winner but they still accept Dutch players. I remember klaver and poldercasino, had accounts with them both sad to see them go.

Hope you guys will accept us Dutchies soon again. Take care.

I just want to point out that it is not funny to start a chat with support to tell them I told you would get a bonus/freebee?

I would never go for that approach, I would deal with is myself. I would never refer a player back to support, as otherwise the presence here on CM has no function at all.

Also, I just don't believe it is cool. Support is there to help people with their questions and not for being fooled by a CM member.

So please stop doing those kind of things as it is not cool.

Joined a couple of days ago and deposited £200. Managed to get it up to £2,000 which is now pending to be processed following me withdrawing it.

On both Firefox and Chrome, non of the Big Time Gaming bonus rounds can be activated. The button to start the bonus doesn't work so the only solution is to play it in Internet Explorer.

No verification asked for at all (I thought that this was compulsory before the first deposit what with the new regulations by the UKGC).

Applied for an affiliate account three days ago, and not heard a peep.

Very mixed feelings about this so far.

Change to full screen, it should work. although some of the functions don't work in full screen. So you have to keep switching between the two modes.
It's the same with some MGS and Blueprint games. Although I haven't had any problems with NetEnt.

I did actually mention it in the Hyper Casino BBF thread.. Baptism by Fire - success - Hyper Casino is now being tested by our members
You can't click on 'Start' when the window opens, saying you have XX freespins, press start to begin (or whatever it says)

Netent had some similar problems in the past, Which for some reason, only affected computers with touchscreens (which I have).
Maybe if you can try to reproduce it on a touchscreen machine (if yours isn't, and you can get access to one).
Also problems can occur when reducing the size of the the browser window.
I often play on a 50" HD monitor, with a casino half screen and Netflix or whatever on the other half. This can give, similar problems
 
I''ve mentioned it a few times too. Novo does the same. There are certain things that you can't do, from memory (and can't be 100%) it might have something to do with autoplay, but I'll check it out the next time I play.
100% the BTG games won't start autoplay in one mode but will in another. I think last time I was playing them I managed to start one of them by clicking just outside the start button. I'll have a look and see if freeplay is available and see if I can reproduce it for you.

EDIT : nope can't work out how to play them in freeplay :(

Actually quite shocked someone from here attempted that, it's nothing short of deceitful - I hope whoever it was feels ashamed of themselves!

Now, if you could also sort my withdrawal out, that'll be great. I submitted the documents yesterday and received a reply that they were forwarded to the verification department and I will get an answer within 24 hours.

As to the bonuses on BTG, I didn't buy the bonuses. The bonuses dropped in via natural play, the bell rings so to speak but you can't press the play button. That was with the game screen on normal size, not full screen. I will try @brianmon suggestion next time.
