Ok, I withdrew a few days ago from a casino, it hits my neteller account today but it says "decline". Anyone know what this means? I figure it means the casino did not have the $$$ in their account.

I contacted them and they forwarded it to their accounts department, but obviously it worries me. It is a MGV casino, so it surprises me as I have never had problems in the past.

Anyone have any suggestions or similar experiences? :what:

Yes, it has happened to me. No worries. It means that there was some sort of technical glitch. I called Neteller the couple of times it happened to me, and they had it taken care of (money in my account) prett quickly.

I've seen it happen a time or two with withdrawals from Fortune Lounge and I think also one of the (former) Piggs casinos. If the w/d doesn't show up in NETeller very soon, contact the casino again. And if there is a casino rep here at CM then, you may want to email/pm him/her.

Congrats on making a withdrawal. I've almost forgotten what it's like. :)

Very Common

This was a very common problem last year, and all I got were various excuses. After eCogra got involved it turned out that it was the casino not having the funds in their own Neteller account at the time they initiated the transaction. This was made worse by the fact they did not have any monitoring in place to catch this problem, and it just went unresolved until I complained to the casino.
To date, I have never been told WHY this just happened again and again over the space of many months, with no-one bothering to make the necessary changes to put a permanent fix in place.
Recently, this has happened much more rarely, and I hope this means that changes are now in place.
I found Neteller just as useless as the casino, especially since at no time did they spot the "bleedin' obvious", that the sending account was empty, and it was Neteller themselves that were denying the credit due to insufficient funds in the sending NETELLER account.
Had Neteller told me this, I could have blown all the casinos Bulls*it out of the water, and told the casino to pull their finger out and stop blaming "lost internet connections" or "Neteller problems".

Since this is an MGV casino, I bet I can tell which one:D

I'd be wrong

I'd probably be wrong:-

1) I posted my experiences last year, so many probably know which casino just kept on doing this.

2) You got paid today - said casino would normally take at least 2 days to sort it out, often more (12 was the record!).

Since they have at last stopped doing it, I will refrain from mentioning them by name.
