Anybody getting problems from the above. I withdrew $100 from them lately but they asked for docs. I sent them docs now they say they need better copies of my drivers/licence and the deposition. I believe they are prevaricating. Its only $100 dollars but they seem to making a meal out of it. i have checked my saved files and the docs are perfectly legible.

This can be true if you sent them by fax, but if you sent the actual images via E-mail, and they are standard JPEG or GIF files, and they are legible at your end, they are probably stalling for some other reason, such as not believing the document copies to be genuine.
Another problem might be with photography/scanning the licence, which has a laminated "shiny" surface, this can also be the case with the card(s).
Printed matter (including on documents) may also suffer when the image has an insufficient resolution to enable any text to be read clearly.
Some casinos seem oversensitive with documents, claiming illegibility when the problem is actually something else, such as not being able to display the image clearly at their end, or even being unable to open the image file (heard of this once - CS or their systems could not open a JPEG!)

Once you get decent, clear copies, keep them, as you will most likely be asked for them at other casinos and poker rooms.

Hi, I sent them as attachments on an email so they should receive the clear copies that I have on my screen. I have sent them again, let you know what happens.
