Casino Complaint Casino Titan, removed my COMPS points :(

Hi there,
I realise that we play in most RTG casinos at our own risk, but Casino Titan generally I thought was not too bad.
I made quite a bit of money there, and not surprisingly they stopped offering me bonuses.
My question is this though, when they make you an advanced played, is it ethically right not to allow me to convert my COMPS points that they gave me before they changed their mind about my player class?
It is about $80, so I am quite keen to get my hands on it.
Would appreciate your thoughts? Even if only to accept I will never see it!

Comps are seen as promotions and once labeled as a "skilled" player you will lose almost all promotions. Unfortunately you played to get those comps when you still were receiving promotions, but casinos see this in another way. You are not the first, we have seen it before.

There are better casinos you know! Titan is not seen as a good one here.

I believe that if you send them an email, or get the proper place to email through chat, you can request those points to be redeemed.

Not 100% sure, but give it a try, I think it will work.
