You should be able to do that. It will automaticly be the right amount in Euro instead.
I switch between Sek, Usd and Euro all the time with both card and webwallet.

Honestly, I'm not even sure WebMoney still exists. Last time I used it was 3-4 years ago when I exchanged to Bitcoin at some absolutely robbery rate with around 30% commission, luckily Bitcoin pumped after that. Have you tried Vavada, playfortuna or Vulkanbet?
I have a feeling that Wot nv casinos like Bonanza game, hotline and Gdf4play would accept it.

As far as I know web money is accepted by casinos that target Russia/Ukraine region. You should try looking for these casinos.
