Casino Splendido - how to stop the spamming

Could anybody advise on how to stop Casino Splendido from texting me? I get a text every few days from them but the number I am prompted to use to unsubscribe from the messages doesn't work. As a recovering gambling addict I would very much like to stop these texts. I have no idea what my account details might be either so I'm not sure how to contact the casino directly.

If your using a contract phone, ring your Network Provider and tell them to block texts from said numbers.

If your using Pay As You Go, the only route is to switch out your SIM card.

Actually if you just go to their website and get on chat and ask them to take you off their SMS list, they can do it right there. That's what I did, it took me 2 minutes.

EDIT: You don't have to give them your casino account number, just the phone number the texts are coming to.

Same thing happened to me with them and I never subscribed to their SMS spamming (no, I didn't forget to uncheck something when I registered). Live chat fixed it, but it's unnaceptable to SMS spam people without their consent and on top of that, having a broken system that doesn't allow them to unsubscribe (replying "STOP" as instructed doesn't work, of course).

Most annoying case of spamming I ever had, by far.

Shame on you Splendido. Shame on you. You've been blacklisted as far as I'm concerned and I'll NEVER deposit a penny in your casino. EVER.
