For some time now, their site is slow as shit. It loads when it wants to load. Sometimes it's in an infinite loading loop. It's getting better though, no big loading issues today.

Now there's also deposit issues. Whenever depositing, the money does not appear in the balance until many hours later.

If contacting them via live support, you get a bot to talk with. Yet it doesn't say anywhere that it's AI you're talking to. It's just a random male name. It keeps asking to re-phrase the issue, and does not understand no matter how easy I make it to read. Then it proceeds to say "I don't understand the issue. Contact us again if the issue persists. Closing the ticket." and you get to rate how much you loved the service.

Today I used the VIP conversion to get bonus money. It has always taken at most 2 minutes to get it, but now it has been a couple of hours and I still don't have it, despite it saying it will take minutes only.

So I used the live support again. It said it's forwarding me to "a specialist" this time. Yet there was a 30+ minutes wait time! I didn't have 30+ minutes to wait.

I also tried to contact them via email a couple of times before, but they don't even respond to email. It has been about 2 months since I submitted my last email support request to them. Their deposit receipts and promotions arrive to my mail, so I don't see why support emails would not even appear in my spam folder.:puke:

i have had the same problem with casino rewards you get the bot then after stating whats wrong you get told i will transfer you to a specialist.then you are number 2 expected time always says 17mins and after 25mins your still 2 so you wait and wait and finally after 35mins your still number 2 and give up. shocking customer service.
 
Just popped in to check if everything was okay -- on holidays otherwise -- and saw this. The Casino Rewards rep is away too but asked me to pass on this message:
... there are DDoS happening right now which is the cause of the issues the OP mentions with the website and deposit page.

re chat - we are so understaffed for the volume of chats we are getting it is not funny, so all i can suggest is to keep rephrasing their question so the bot may understand it. and if it's super urgent, to PM me and I will get to the bottom of it. I'm out of the office for the public holidays but i am working in between.

Of course I'm getting to this days later, but there you go. :D

Anyway, back to those hollies. :drink:
