1. "All deposits are final" a term all casinos have, same should be stipulated for withdrawals. Once a player actions a w/d irrespective of needing KYC at the time, it should not under any circumstances be returned to the player account nor be reversible. This applies even if the casino doesn't process w/d's say until Monday when you cash-out on a weekend.
Very good one. They say the reverse function is there to help us, but it isn’t. Was thinking about it and “never returned to player acc.” makes sense. Most GC focus on “winning is a drug”, but winning in slots is like every other win in life. CM said it in the video, “don’t chase your loses”, loses are what turns a casual gambler into a problematic one. If you care about the people, limit their loses by making sure they get the playtime they deserve (high TRTP) and they get paid when they win (no reversal, fast payouts).
2. Both the full range of TAB and SE times should be instant, automated and available in the player account without need to contact any third party CS. Most casinos read the UKGC rules as meaning this, but as we *cough* are aware some use the wiggle room in the poorly constructed rule text to get around it.
100% agree, but more is needed. Players with SE shouldn’t be allowed to register at any other casino (your No 4). Of course there should be a way a player can end the SE but only if it is proven to the GC that no longer has a problem. Also mandatory TAB for players that have “problematic behavior”.
3. All bonus terms in one place linked to in the bonus offer, no saying 'general terms apply too' so the recipient has to hunt through and compare (often contradictory) 2 sets of rules. Caddell are a classic example, stating WR is "35xD+B plus free spins returns" then underneath giving the example "eg. a player deposits 100 for a 100 bonus they would need to wager 35x100=3500 to cash the bonus out..." so you don't know whether it's actually 35xD+B or 35xB for FS!
Took some nice fs offer last weekend and I am to this day not sure where the frikin terms are!! Its ridiculous! The link was hidden under regular words that have nothing to do with terms, and even that link didn’t have all the info and disappeared after I lost my balance!
4. The licensee should be responsible for cross-reference of sign-ups (before deposit stage) across ALL its sites and White Labels. Grosvenor/Mecca for example, exclude from one and try and sign-up at t' other and you are blocked. This would end EMSEB and the 888-style crap that's occurred recently. A license should include RESPONSIBILITY not just be a flag of convenience for the licensee to gain money from by sub-letting it.
Before signup I would say. When visiting Rizk I suggested a 3rd party handling the KYC (certified by the GC) for all casinos. So you basically do the KYC only once, with them, and then you are automatically verified at the moment you try to register.
5. ALL UK licensed casinos should include their license ref no. in payment details (i.e. it would appear in their transaction info on statements for Neteller/Skrill/Credit/Debit cards etc). This would be a prelude to eventually ALL payment facilities/processors only being legally allowed to be able to process payments from legitimate licensed casinos from the UKGC list. This would cut off the money supply to scumbags like A$$power and effectively kill the scam casinos, except if they use Shitcoin.
In a perfect world (and trust me, at many things UK looks perfect compared to my country) I like it. But in the world most of us live governments use such measures to direct all traffic to places like A$$power. Ok that may be an exaggeration, but the operator I mean would never be accredited here and has the enforced monopoly at least in 2 countries.
OK, that's my five for starters.....
