I received a letter (quite a fancy one) from Casino Lavida offering me 50 free spins on LOTR (no deposit required) upon my next login.
So I checked it out: no spins.
The link to their live chat facility is not working, strangely enough. So I sent an email, and another one every 8 hours to their support email address to ask them about the free spins they had offered me. 4 emails in total and no response whatsoever.
It is not so serious in this case, but what if it was about withdrawals/documents etc.? In any case, I think a casino should at least respond within 4 hours to emails if they do not have a chat facility.
