Bonus Complaint casino Grande Vegas without any reason to close my account

Hello. I got here this unpleasant situation. Grand casino Vegas without any reason closed my account and revoked my winnings. I signed up at the casino and activated the no Deposit bonus. I fulfilled the wagering requirements for this bonus. Then I sent my documents for verification: your passport and a certificate from the Bank. then casino asked for a photo of the passport in his hand before his face. I took a picture with his passport and sent them a photo with your passport in hand. Then casino started to require an alternative document in the English language. I sent casino your driver's license. After that, the casino wrote me that my account locked and winnings may be canceled and that the casino has the right at any time to disable an account without explanation of any reasons. I wrote back a letter asking to explain the reason for blocking my account, but 4 days no answer. I then wrote specifically in support of the casino with a request to explain the situation. Support responded, but did not give specific reasons for blocking my account. They only wrote that my account doesn't pass their internal security check and referred to paragraph 21 of the rules of the casino, which stated that the casino has the right at any time to disable an account without explanation of any reasons. Ie the casino without any reason blocked my account and denied me my fair winnings. This casino seemed very nice and I've heard a lot of good reviews, but if I knew that the casino, so depriving honest players of winnings, I would never be in this play. This casino's actions changed my opinion about this casino and I do not suggest anyone play at this casino, because you can be in the same situation.
 
No casino will ever disclose the reason why they suspect someone is a fraudster. That would just tell the fraudster and the whole world how to do a better job next time.

I'm not saying you are one though so my advice is that you send their rep here a message and ask her to look in to your case.

If the judge logically, the reference to the item casino rules 21, theoretically casinos can easily block any player does not explain the reasons, and abuse this paragraph rules to specifically no pay winnings. Therefore, I believe that the casino has to explains their actions, if the casino decided to block the account.

No they don't have to explain themselves for the very reason I stated in my other post.

They don't use that rule to not pay winnings, it doesn't work that way, and that little money is peanuts for them.
ND bonuses is a way to get real customers who will stay and deposit. If they would close down the account for everyone who wins on nd's they wouldn't have many customers coming and there would be complaints all over the net.

This casino is fair and accredited here, but we all know that there is a lot of fraudsters and bonushunters out there, and therefor the casinos have to be able to defend themselves too.

It's summertime and a lot of the reps have gone on vacation. I suggest you wait to Monday to see if she's back yet.
