i dont understand why casinos advertise , which they cant honour. i think they just want to prove that they are 1 of reputable and big group. casino extreme claims that instant withdrawls and no fax back forms.i just made a withdrawl and hoping to get my instant winnings. but these ppl are just bunch of liars and have no ethics. just bunch of LIARS. and they asked me to send faxback forms. wat the heck. now i have to send faxback form and it will take 3 days to verify those faxback forms, so eventually i will be getting my winnings after 3 days. so it is NOT INSTANT WITHDRAWL.. actually VERY SLOW WITHDRAWLS.. AND just showing that these casinos are not to be trusted.. they are just liars.. sorry.. but i feel that this is dishonesty.

Yes, they truely need to take off their "instant withdraw" bs off the page, or reword it to "instant withdraws after your first withdraw", as it seems they're asking most people for faxback forms nowdays.

But, how in the world does that makes them theieves? Have you not recieved your money?

They're going to pay you, calm down. I'd like to see you bring up one tidbit of fact where they've NOT payed a player that had a legitimate withdraw.

Again, calm down. You'll get your money.

i was attracted by there website claiming instant payments without faxback form. but after fullfilling wr for bonus, when i contacted support, i was informed that i have to send faxback form and it will take 3 days to process my withdrawl after sending fax back form. just want to realise that this is shamefull tactics. dont advertise, which they cant honour. i will stay away from this site at all costs after this incident, cos i dont trust them. dont tell lies to customers. you are here cos of customers. and atleast i am not going to deposit a pennie at there website.

My first 20 or so cashouts ranging from 200 to 2500 were all processed instantly than i went to cashou out 4500 they hit me for the faxback, took 5 business days to process it and than banned me. However, i did really love that place till they asked for a faxback form, instant cashouts are really nice, and i dont know of anywhere else that does it.

Shouldn't this place be put on the caution list or something? There's been way too many reports lately of them not honoring their claim to "instant" payouts.

If they're going to ask for faxback forms for non-CC deposits, they need to put it in writing on their website.

I have been a member there for over a year now and never had a single problem with an instant cashout to neteller. I just sent them an email requesting clarification as to why they were requesting this faxback form now when customers had only deposited using non credit cards.

As soon as they respond back I will post here to let you guys know what their response was.

Henry from Casino Extreme just responded back to the email I had sent him regarding this issue and here is his response which I do think makes very good sense and also good business policy.

P.S. Just so you guys know, I am not an affiliate of this casino. Just a player there.

"Our offer of Instant Withdrawals attracts alot of new players. As such, it also attracts alot of people who would use the instant withdrawal methods to attempt to defraud us and other people with stolen account details from the various deposit methods. Our software compares all accounts on the system and if ANY similarity is found across these new accounts that compare to any accounts that have committed such fraud, the account is flagged and faxback forms required. We have a responsibility to ensure that people are not able to use our software and financial systems to commit fraud against unsuspecting victims, and this is exactly what the faxback procedure does."

Casino Extreme does monitor this forum from time to time for issues regarding their operation. That alone IMO shows that they are a reputable operation that wants to grow their business and continue to have happy customers.

So if someone:

1) Is from the same IP block
2) Has the same birthday
3) Has the same last name
4) the list could go on and on

in common with someone that's defrauded them, they will ask for ID....

They need to state this on their website....since not everyone qualifies for instant withdraws.

I think that maybe there would be less confusion and fewer complaints if they would in fact add a tagline to their website stating that after a players first withdrawal that future withdrawals would be instant using one of the preferred methods.

Yep, I think most people would be satisified if they'd know up front that their first withdraw may not be instant, due to their "pick and choose" method.

casino extreme.. get a life!!!!!!!

ok now wat...
made a withdrawl at 31st of august..
send the id and faxback form at 31st of august..
recieved email from them at 5th of september that my fax back forms has been accepted..
called them at 6th of september about status and was informed that my withdrawl will be processed in next 5 mins .
its over 2 hrs now and no sign of my withdrawl...
so is it now instant... wat a fake advertisement to trap new customers and instantly loosing new customers after all this sucking experience... actually any playtech casino would have processed withdrawl in 4 days and without any fax back form...
definitely a casino to stay away

Casino Extreme had some major issues a few years back. That's was when Oliver Curren was connected to it. Henry the manager (who also worked there under the Curren rein) seemed to have pulled CE into shape after Curren sold up. However, in the last few months I've read the same stories around the other gambling forums, so maybe Casino Extreme does need a review of current practices.

I find it refreshing that a casino who has any doubt about a player's identity would seek verification before paying out a win. I have always used the instant withdrawal feature at Casino Extreme and never had any problem nor delay, not even the first time I used it. :)

I would too, if it wasn't for the fact of them not being truthful in claiming instant withdraws...which apparently quite a few people won't qualify for, because they have nothing to do with someone that's ripped them off before.

Which leads to another question. Why do casinos even ask for ID for cashouts in the first place? They're not asking for ID when someone deposits, so why choose the cashout to suddenly ask for ID? If they truly do it solely for anti-laundering/fraud purposes, then they should be asking for ID up front before a deposit is made.

I totally agree with suzecat. I also agree on the fact that I have never been asked for ID when withdrawing from this casino. In relation to the instacash feature of Neteller and the ease in which it can be used, I fear the most that my account would be hacked again and I am all for checking ID's when they are off somewhat. I would never wish upon anyone this awful thing that took me weeks to clear up just because someone had access into my account without my knowledge and was stopped in their (sp? I hate this word!) tracks!

Still confused I'm afraid. Sorry, I dont understand why you think this is a good thing.

You like providing ID to casinos because it protects you from fraud? Unless I have misunderstood surely thats contradictory.

I would have thought sending ID to casinos based in the second/third world leaves you wide open to fraud. It would certainly help those who may be wanting to hack your neteller account or open other accounts in your name.

For the record, I was always paid "instantly" whenever I'd made deposits at Casino Extreme. Of course, I'd be pretty miffed also had I not been paid instantly as promised. I'm NOT a fan of fax-back forms, and for the life of me, I think if any operation is okay with taking your deposit from a secure online-banking/credit system (instantly at that...), that's "secure" enough.

Oliver Curran, I need to do a search on this guy, he sounds like a real peach lol :-). I see his name a lot come up in various threads and being new to the whole scene I have no idea who he is.

Here's his bio from his homepage at

BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Born in Newry, County Down in 1949, Oliver came to painting only relatively recently. He is entirely self-taught and despite his immediately recognizeable style maintains that he is still developing his art.

Curran is a former antique-dealer who has exhibited in galleries and shows across Ireland. His works have commanded hefty commisions over a short period of time and are becoming increasingly soughtafter.

Oliver's paintings reflect his vision of Irish landscape and history. Many of his works focus on the historical tension between the Irish poor and the landed gentry, as well as the sadness and struggle that he sees as permeating the spirit of the country and the people. The Irish Famines of the 19th Century are the inspiration for much of his most recent material. Despite the serious undercurrent of his work, many of Oliver's paintings are very humorous.

The "Blue" paintings have become Oliver's trademark and are now very collectable pieces. His works are in private collections in Ireland, the UK, Holland and the USA
.

He does sound like a "peach".

Of course, it could just be another guy. :D

Old news, but always good to read. That last excerpt must have been a previous "Casinomeister.com" post. Who wrote it? Maybe we'll never know...

Casino Extreme is my new favorite casino. After all the unsure feelings about other online casinos, Casino Extreme DID deliver on the "instant cashout" promise. And they delivered twice in 1 weekend.

Started off with $45 USD deposit and came out with $180. The same night I dropped another $45 and cashed out at $100 USD.

I contacted live support who said it was paid already. Went to my Neteller and it was there. I won't be playing anywhere else unless its 32RED or Intercasino.
