I'm having issues trying to figure out what to fill in to withdraw to a canadian bank. I don't get how it was so easy to deposit using "Instant Banking" but yet i don't have that option
for withdrawal. Instead my only option seems to be a Bank Transfer.

Anyways I have no idea what details to put in what field. I have done what i can figure out from my end but some fields don't seem to apply to Canadian banks from what i can read.

Anyone canadian here can provide me an idea of which fields i need to fill in and perhaps hints on where i can find this information?

Here are the fields it is asking for:

Country: Canada
Bank Name: (my bank name)
Branch name: ___?
Customer Name: (my name)
AccountIdentifier Type: Account Number
Account Number: (my account number)
Sort Code / Bank Code: _____?
Branch code: _____? Not sure what the difference is from bank name. i'm assuming this is my 5 digit branch code for my bank
BIC / SWIFT: _____?

Any feedbank/help would be apreciated. Thank You

Hi. Pretend your bank is TD Canada Trust, Google td swift code and you will get this
TDOMCATTTOR
Your bank code will be your. 3 digits
Branch code is your 5 digit transit number
All these except swift ( which you can google, and make sure its in caps) can be found on your banking page or cheques. :)
Branch name is your branches address

thanks a lot. tried to get someone to help me on Casino's end but their answer wasn't this helpful :)
Thanks again! Glad i asked as i wasn't going to enter the correct info.

It would be nice if these casino's spoke our banking language. How many times ive been asked questions with terms like that and it got all screwed up.

Some will call your branch number your bank code and your bank code your transit. Its like hello.

The best way for casino's to do it is how most MG casino's have it. They have a cheque that you can use for an example where it explains each meaning properly and how many numbers it contains.

I agree! VS had it like MG casinos, so when they changed it and the fields, it really screwed me up. Oh well. " Here to serve you better". I have it figured out now. lol

i just want to mention thanks again....i did get the money deposited within 48 hours so i guess i entered the info correctly from what you provided :)
