casino email list

So, you're setting up 20,000 people to get spam they never asked for? Do you have permission from each person to sell their info?
The buying and selling of lists like this is repulsive.

And how many resales did these people agree to? One? Two? Three? Ninety?
Unless a person wants to spend a half hour reading fine print whenever they sign up to a casino, they really don't expect their info to be bought and sold like this.
Come on...you know damned well it's sleezy to buy and sell lists.

I agree with you swampwit. And I do not think that Casinomeister is a place where people shall sell/buy/trade lists that obviously will be used to spam.

Hi Holkapolka do you think it's acceptable if you found out you're info was sold for this?
How would you feel if all you're friends got bombarded with spam mail or yourself?
We all know we all have a delete button but it's a pain in the ass at times.
And thank God for spam filters.
You do have to say is it really worth it to bug people like this?
Thanks

hm

These are people who signed up for exactly this and they are interested in such subject matters like casinos. If they would get viagra emails or something else they are not interested in it would be bad.

No one signs up with a casino with the intention of their info being sold, opt-in bullshit or not. And you have no idea how this company got this list, or how they obtained the info. List sellers are not, repeat NOT, looked upon as the good guys.

Apparently this person doesn't realize that the majority are furious when they learn their information has been sold. When I would sign up with a casino (and after reading the T&Cs) there is nowhere I would find the casino deems it right to "sell" my private information. It's MY choice on who I choose to give this information to and I resent when it is "shared". We get enough bogus spam mails from the rogue casinos. Why would you want to be put in the class with roguish spammers? To join the likes of Kevin/Dave Miller, Christopher DeAngelo are two notorious spammers who come to mind.

Tsk, tsk on you for wanting to take part in something so neferious...

My email address was obviously on that list - I've been getting swamped with casino spam the last week or so.

Any that are from decent casinos I'm reporting to the affiliate programs, so hopefully they'll do something about it.
