Casino deposit limit glitch

While lowering my deposit limit I noticed that I could deposit again immediately, even though I’d reached my limit for the month, for example my limit was £100 which I’d used and when I lowered it to £90 I could deposit again immediately! And being the degen gambler I am I promptly lost a load of money. I was just wondering what people think my course of action should be?
 
The advice you were given elsewhere is correct. especially if you won't name the casino. But you should get your deposits refunded.
If you state the casino, if they have a rep on here you can pm them or tag them to get it sorted or we can give an idea of how easy/hard it will be to get it sorted.
 
I didn’t like to name the casino in case someone else copied what I did and lost a load of money, I contacted the casino and they promptly blocked my account but haven’t responded to my emails so far. How can I check if they have a representative here without naming them publicly?

I would like to share that I have tried once to 'refresh' my deposit limit cool-off time on Videoslots by decreasing the limit by 1 EURO. That should have worked according to what is written about it on the VS website, but it did not work.

So you could deposit more than your initial limit (so another deposit) by reducing your weekly limit by 1 euro? Same as the OP.

When lowering your limits the changes are effected immediately. When raising or removing limits you are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before any changes occur.

It could be my bad English, but I tried to mention that recalling from personal experience,
lowering the deposit limit on Videoslots (after having reached that deposit limit) did NOT trigger that I could deposit again.

Which is probably a good thing, but not according to what is mentioned on the website.

Also Team Videoslots, if you feel I have reached out to you, that is unintentional.
