Just a heads up that Casino Cruise has been moved to the Grey Zone. When we first brought them onto the site via the Baptism by Fire and then Accreditation was when Lloyd was connected to the casino. Ive known them for years and he could always be counted on to do the right thing when it came to dealing with players fairly. But since he has left, I am making a precarious assumption that all is or will go right here.

So they are now listed here: Casino Cruise - Grey Zone.

I have had an e-mail from them that they would charge money for any delay of using my account in time, sorry to say it,it was a nice Casino

Very happy to hear that. Lloyd is a good guy but the casino has never been good or felt honest.

Yeah I agree. Out of all the stuff I have read about them, its been shady. And then to come to find out they are using the lower rtp model on their playngo slots of 94% just screams to me they arent a strong company and well run. I asked them for an rtp report on all their games, they told me their casino wide rtp setting is 95% so not sure how thats possible but ok

They have endless of complaints at Askgamblers regarding confiscating funds and stalling withdrawals.

6 months ago it was pretty much the same situation here, issues were coming in faster than we could deal with them. Quieter now.

Playin last night on spinit...lucky me i deposit a small amount to have some fun...why lucky me?
I see that they removed all other Slotproviders exxept Netent, still got a huge banner on the Website 1300+ games available.
I'm pretty shocked...Never had an issue with them (Spinit, sloty, casino cruise) get everytime my money without problems and had a good time there the last year...
Checked casino cruise also...nothing but netenters...
It seems they're going downsouth since a couple of months and now it seems they shuttin it down in the ongoing year.
I have to move on now to others...i'll really miss them but only netenters with low rtp...r u kidding me....

I think the Netent issue is a licensing one, as you live in Germany. Some changes there I believe. They are bringing a new addition to their group shortly, Genesis Casino. I did have a couple of players report back to me a few months ago of 2-3 day cash-outs but aside from that no real issues, and as Max says things have gone quieter now which may or may not suggest they've got a grip on whatever was disrupted. I hope so because they were decent casinos when I played at them.

Numerous casinos use the lower RTP option on Play'n Go slots especially when offering free spins on them, but it's a shaving rather than a dramatic reduction, they cannot offer lower RTP Netent games as these are fixed at developer level.

Now I don't understand. Are you telling us you are promoting casinos like Casino Cruise?
If you are then money must suddenly have become more important to you than I ever thought it would.

Yes, I have had no issues reported back other than the odd case of slower than desired payments. Trust me if there were larger issues I'd soon hear from my players and I haven't. Remember they're in the grey zone, not rogued. I had a huge winner there too and no complaints from him either. Then again get it into perspective - I have far fewer players at the group than are likely to present on here at CM so am statistically less likely to have a problem anyway. If they are eventually rogued I would of course remove them.

Still you do know that casino and how they have behaved over the years against their players. All complaints here. You have taken part in describing them as really bad too if I remember correct..
Now they are suddenly ok. That is what I don't get.

What I used to say when it came to them was that it was good that they were accredited, not for their reputation, but because then they couldn't screw every player.
You promote whoever you want. I just wanted to ask, and in this case I feel disappointed.

Well I promote Caddells too which get many moans but again I have played at them all and have had good experiences. Some people here love them, some don't. I am not forbidden to promote Nektan either, but choose not to for how they treated the DoA player. You could pick almost every casino from the accredited section here and find a few complaints, what about 32Red and their disgraceful TAB affair 2 years ago? Caused a big stink and many were very unhappy, should Bryan remove them too? Should I? It's very easy to moralize when you're not an affiliate and have little understanding of the practicalities of maintaining your business and at the same time trying to please every Tom, Dick and Harry that may have had a beef with any casino.

You're disappointed? I was extremely disappointed when Casino Rewards weren't put straight in the rogue pit for that disgraceful Bogus Canadian Cancer AD that Bebo posted, whether they orchestrated it or not, especially as Casumo were 'greyed' for IMO far less worse things in the context of it. But that's Bryan's decision, he chooses his actions the same as I do. As I said before, if it turns out there are inherent issues that won't go away with this group and Max or Bryan rogues them, then of course I'll be fully compliant with my webby agreement and remove them. Until then, you can be 'disappointed' (or not) and I'll make up my own mind!

Sorry my fault... in my confusion i mix it ....i meant the playn go slot rtp....

I went to livechat

Unfortunately, due to a technical issue, players from Germany are only able to access Netent games at the moment. This is currently being worked on, please check for an update later. Thank you for your patience and apologies for the inconvenience.

I've ask about more details ....but thats all what i know now.
Hope that will be fixed...
Like i said before i had good time there and maybe will in the future...

Just a warning this casino is not very friendly at all.

I deposited here and took a bonus and made wager and went to cashout and they had zero options. I went to support and they said use ecopayz or nothing. I dont use them and actually closed my account with them. I told the casino this and they said too bad we cant help get your money. I asked about bank transfer and they said they arent simply interested in that option. I asked why do you accept CAD and offer that as a currency then and have no withdraw options. They gave me a link to the MGA and said file a complaint if I dont like it.

So seems this outfit is rogue.
