The Genesis group has just had its licence renewed in the UK slot market,as many of you know and I was emailed by a few which I am already a member of with 100% deposit bonuses. I deposited a few £10 deposits here and there and bust out on all but one,Casino Cruise. I did very well and have made a withdrawal for £405,which I am delighted with but the thing is that it has come with an £8.10 withdrawal charge just to withdraw it to a Visa Card! They had a withdrawal charge before lhaving their licence suspended of 80p and now they have put it up by 800%. What a cheek. Beware of this in the future.

Hmmm I think your find its 2% of overall withdrawal, but I wouldn't worry too much its better than them charging you on every deposit, still unfair but there you go.

Not since ive been fucked over by them for playing a game with 0% wagering Which I did 2 spins on before checking bonus rules page but it was not under the banned games list but I double checked and I asked live chat if 0% games was allowed to play with bonus they said yes they just don't add to wagering, turned out they was wrong and it was banned.

I once after 3 days perfect wagering made one spin on book of dead on £50 stake I think it was by accident obviously, my last 3 days wagers where not even over £2.

contacted chat and was told my fault, reached out to the rep on here and he fucked me off also, one spin... didn’t even win, contacted chat straight away and my bet history proved after 3 days I wasn’t taking the piss..

but no. Rep wouldn’t budge so shut all my genesis accounts, utter jokers just like the 48hr pending period.
 
Any casino not wanting to verify before withdrawl requests is automatic rogue to me. But blaming player’s own security to stall a withdrawal for 5 weeks, lying and abuse anyone with a profit is something quite normal there. Getting paid only happens if you are considered. Whale.
