With all spins enought to be cum VIP member 3 times over I got an email saying there was a 50 gift from allspins casino welcome me rom becumen a VIP player I thought about time there made me a VIP player I never realy took any of there bonus as I new u don't realy cum out in front playing a bonus but allspins gave me a 50 gift and I new a gift is alot different to a bonus so I started playing with the gift they gave me I started winning and winning to the stage I won little over 18000 I was so happy I'd even deposited 20 in to my acount so I played a bit of it and I pressed the withdraw butten at around 16000 customer service congratulated me and said for me to send all my I'd to them which I did and the lady congratulated me again and said it's been sent to my bank like I said I had spent abit of money with allspins I left a couple Hungie in my ac so I could play abit more when I went back to my acount a couple days after winning the money it was still pending couple days later I gat an email stating the 18000 I'd won was from a bonus so I'd only get 1000 I got straight on to customer asked them about the E mail they had sent me I was so upset as I new from then on no way was they going to pay me my winnings what I had won I said to them it wasent a bonus I played with it was a gift and a gift is what I keep alot different to a bonus plus I had deposited 20 of my own money and priar had spent abit with all spins they just kept maken rules up as they went along I'd sent emails to complain about them read and read and I was fully right on what I was saying and the winning we're mine 100 percent still casino wouldent give me my winning and started to becum realy rude towards me and said that they were deleten my winnings and there nothern I can do about it and they did I for very depressed over it I haven't realy played any casino Sence I'd never won anything before I'd won allspins cheated as I see they stole my winning and they were right there was nothern I could do about it after sending alot email of complaints I never got any help only got to shame em on a casino sight still from this day I'm so sad about it as I won fair and the winnings we're mine 100 percent I'm still not happy with the outcum the gamen comishon for all spins never even got back to me I'm a struggle as it is I'm really upset still about it

Its amazing how as soon as there is a limit to how much you can withdraw off a free bonus all the games start paying out like crazy but everyone keeps saying its 100% random on here.

If they are giving you $1000 then that is a lot as that group of casinos only gives 10x or 15x the free bonus amount as max cash out so unfortunately there is nothing you can do. They are ruthless on their bonus terms and normally look for any excuse not to pay and thanks to our greedy back pocket full of packer's money politicians us Aussies have no protections or anyone we can complain to since the crappy 2017 law they pushed through.

This is worth a different discussion on this forum, but i do agree on this one. Ive had it quite a few times where being a regular player vs a new player onto some other casino, everything just yields out perfectly, even going 40 euro's bet a spin all the way up to the top of 20k. And then your being limited, or simply wagered out to the point that you would lose pretty much from that point on.

Its also nummerous to say that; if i did a withdrawl on a casino, play for a while usually nothing works. After a while the slots come a bit to life and it presents you a win here and there, but nothing out of the originary. When you just leave the funds as in played back in the casino, it's pretty much waiting to return really.

I'd almost say that my action is solely based on the amount i deposit, excluding the initial being lucky at first time. As of today i just stop playing at a casino i was a regular at. The RTP is just not what it is advertised. There is just something going on in the back that prevents me from booting a 50 euro deposit all the way up to 5k really. I'm not saying that this should be a given; nope; it's more like i happend to max out my deposit at avg 250 before it comes crashing down in a very 'controlled' way.

Are casino's rigged? By law they shoud'nt be. But there's more to it obviously. Nobody is going to pass out the secrets.
