Hello - third time this is happenning latest month.
I get an email that says: "In a routine security check we noticed that you have opened duplicate real accounts....", from MG casinos.
But in this email they gave me two other email adresses I have never heard of, not mine. Should I be worried? The previous two cases I emailed back telling them to recheck and they did and said they did wrong but could not give any details.
But this casino actually gave me the email adresses to the other player they think is me.
I'm not so worried about someone stealing my identity. I have so tight security so they can never get any money. But I would really want to know why this happens. Casinos never give out any info. Could it be so easy they have the same name as me and the casino autosend those emails?
Edit: also to add, they CC:ed to all email adresses, so the other player got my email aswell. Shouldn't they protect my player details better than this? At least BCC and not tell everyone the other emailadresses directly?!
