My last deposit was £500 plus 50% bonus. On there promotional page it states deposit plus bonus multiplied by 35 to meet requirements. No where on the page I read it clearly states in section 5 that wager requirements are 35 time deposit plus bonus. I contacted chat about this as I thought it was ludicrous and as it stood at that time I had around £26,250 to bet with bonus funds in order for them to be converted to cash. I was told by live chat the more I bet I would see this figure come down I was not told of any capped bets using bonus funds. I played and managed to win way over £32k not including what I had lost. But it managed to convert my bonus funds into real cash around £25k which I withdrew. I got and email stating a broke sect 6 in terms and conditions and they confiscated my money and refunded me my initial £1150 I deposited. I’m gutted as they has 2 sets of rules the ones I read were promotional bonus and wagering examples and clearly states the figure before they are converted to real money. This was confirmed by live chat so I played on and won as described above. The email states i broke the bonus rules and they refunded my initial deposits which they did and were in my real cash wallet this morning just after I got their email to tell me that I was not getting the £25k. Why was I not advised on chat when the advisor checked this out for me I would have not played on. Anyway with the cash funds I got returned to me I decided to play on with no bonus in my account and I won £15k and asked for a withdrawl and it’s still pending. I’m afraid they’ll come back and confiscate it again like they did the last time with some other clause or term even though I’ll attach a pic of my balance before I started betting. Will I receive the second withdrawl as I’m gutted I was not made aware even though I was told to bet and watch the wagering come down.

Cash funds are cash funds. No rules can apply to those. Just be a little patient.

You should get your money this time. If not, there are many avenues you can explore in relation to lodging a dispute.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve attached photos of the promotional terms set out on their website along with these they have additional rules making you only bet £5 per spin. I’ve attached some screen shots about wagering requirements that were set out on the promotions page that I referenced to. I’ve also attached the email from them stating they took the money and deposited it back to my account. I so scared they have a rule that saves me from this win too.

£5 as a max bet is pretty standard across all casinos who offer bonuses. There are also restricted games and slots in addition to the above.

Understanding this may save you a lot of hassle in the long run. Most places do not negotiate once you have breached the max bet rule.

There shouldn't be any other issues if you played with cash. You might be asked for documents if you are already not verified, or a source of wealth depending on the amount of your deposits.

Doing this in advance sometimes helps to prevent delays down the line.

I’ve already verified and used the initial deposit so that’s all fine. I’m still paranoid that they will come up with some other rule as the bonus terms were breached first time round

Give it time then. If you are getting the runaround and you have exhausted contacting support or are getting no joy - then you can lodge a complaint.
