Cashout Times 32Red?

A friend just realized (and me as well when i logged in and asked) that cashouts are now taking longer at 32Red? Did you guys know that? It used to be next day except weekends, now they say it takes officially "24 hours for processing, and processed will be only durink UK bank hours"

I thought this could be interesting for some members. I loved the excellent support and everything else at 32Red, but that seems like another step down after getting rid of weekend cashouts... While it seems that all other casinos pay faster 32Red slows down again, i can't think of any reason why...

Yeah there was a thread about Hoff, you can still flush though, and even though I agree they do seem to be going backwards I asked for a withdrawal to be flushed at 2.30am, I was paid around 10am the same day (by UKASH), so not to bad, just remember to flush

it did surprise me when they first announced the changes to their cashout procedures, but at the end of it, the main thing is they are extremely reliable, you can set your watch with their batch timings .

I'd rather have the assurance of getting my funds after a day than waste time constantly checking and chasing CS

I agree. I love this Casino. One of my fav's! Still i don't get it why they're getting slower and slower. Why can't they provid fast payouts? Or why they decided to not provide fast payouts anymore? I just would love to get a reason for a decision like this when casinos around you start to pay faster and faster... I think with their size and player numbers they would have been able to keep the payouts as "fast" they were.

I once had a guess on this. Maybe 32red changes payout speed due to external pressure?

32red Plc does make other MG download casinos look bad...

And MG try to average support level, maybe other big clients are complaining...

In my mind, 32 red is always the best even if I am currently taking break from it.

Yeah they should make instant payments for regular players. Like instead of just "flushing" when going on livechat they should instead flush it instant to your E Wallet or sent them off for payment. We see so many brands like Betsafe etc who has instant payments. And Guts, Vera John, Betat and Casino Luck,Next Casino who pays almost instant

I see a nice thread about 32Red...again Nope, no defending today, just a little other stuff.

Weekend cashouts: I believe it was because 90% of the customers were using cards for deposits and withdrawals. For them nothing have changed. They always had to wait over the weekends since the banks were closed.
We, who are using webwallets was the losing ones since we lost the weekend cashouts. We were just 10% of the customers so, yes, I maybe can understand their reasons even though I thought it was stupid. Really stupid.
24hours flushing: The people that are using their cards to deposit always just had the four hours to reverse if they wanted. They got a little more time to do it on.
We can of course say that it's immoral or tempting or whatever, but it's still the players choice what he chooses to do.

These were the reasons as I see them, but they can of course be discussed to eternety if we want to
I just hope it won't be more bad surprises coming when the UK market will be regulated.

Even though flush is available I find it even slower. In past if I flushed before 12 noon my time zone Toronto Canada I would have same day. Now like last Fri I flushed at 830 am and still waiting should get it in the next few hrs but still a lot slower than it was months ago. Yes still a great casino and the MG casino but not by much anymore
