Cals Cash at
Agree.

Even though their bonus terms arnt the best i found their reward system amongst the best for me.

Can save the Calzone Cash for the gold spins and win free spins worth £1.

Hope Casino Calzone don't go. I save up my Cals Cash till I have 700,000 so can buy ten goes at the Gold £1 free spins wheel. Normally takes about two months to build up the tokens. I've never failed to get at least £200 back in bonus money from the free spins. And the beauty is each set is wagered out individually, so can normally get a cashout from it.

Did you ever get paid from them? I remember you was chasing for ages.

Rob
Yes, they always paid the comm, just had a bizarre way of invoicing.

While checking last months commissions I noticed that my Casino Calzone affiliate account was closed. I contacted them via email, but got no reply. Then I added them on Skype and they reopened the account, never received an explanation why it was closed in the first place. Also had to contact Rizk because they were late on payments, but that money was received so all good.

You've had Aprils commissions from Rizk or March's?

@colinsunderland

I'm thinking there's something amiss here. Rather than trawl through the terms, Calzone, Guts and Rizk are all MTST? They have failed to meet payment dates as per their terms we signed up to, or have they not? I ask because I am owed a sum earned in March for Calzone, am getting fobbed-off each week when chasing it up, and even worse a decent sum from April from Calzone. They used to pay on the button around 2 weeks into the following month, but lately I have had to enquire as to where the money is just before the end of the month it's due, then it's paid. Now though, I am getting talk-to-the-hand for the overdue payment in respect of March, so hell knows when I'd get April's commission.

The same applies to Rizk/Guts who were always like clockwork and paid about 12-15 days into the following month. I am owed a decent sum from Rizk/Guts in respect of April so I am guessing this is going to end up the same way as Calzone - overdue or even unpaid within the contractual period. If that's the case, we could have a cash-flow issue with the MTST aff. programmes. I have already Skyped Calzone and told them I have removed their ads until this issue is settled, would you recommend the same for Rizk/Guts?

AFAIK - MTST is still GiG owned as they sold the B2C part of the business only.

Rizk/Guts/Kaboo/Thrills are operated by Zecure Gaming Ltd. which is now part of Betsson AB.

Yeah, i was only half serious, i knew some of the words. =)
But its hard to find a good reason to post the encabulator video anywhere, so i had to take my chance.

I rarely get a payment from them, I last promoted them over 2 years ago so only have a couple of active customers, I think my last payment was around 3 months ago, but I seem to remember you are right, usually by about the 15th, so we will possibly get paid today. Thats from GIG affiliates though, so don't know about Calzone, don't have an account with them.
I don't understand why GIG affiliates are still running for Rizk/GUTS, you would have thought Betsson would be running it now? Possibly the delay is that GIG are invoicing Betsson, then paying affiliates when they get paid, causing a delay. I'm not sure I would remove them just yet if I were you, Calzone yes, but Rizk/GUTS aren't really late yet, I'll see if I can dig out usual payment dates for them at some point today :)

Well, just received this mass e-mail @colinsunderland :

Please see below message from Casino Calzone Management:

"We are fully aware that a number of affiliate payments are currently outstanding. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Supplier payments have been held back on the advice of our advisors due to an ongoing issue. We had initially expected this to be resolved some time ago yet it has unfortunately dragged on for much longer than expected. We expect to be able to provide an update by the end of next week at the very latest (22 May 2020). Your patience and support is much appreciated."

I would be asking what issue. If its a B2B problem then thats between them and their supplier, they should still pay you. If its a problem with stats or something then the affiliate should be informed. I haven't had anything from GIG like that, but then they are a different program so might not be affected by whatever issue it was. I really hate it when they do shit like that. How come they only tell people when the payments are late, any decent business would reach out either before payment was due and say there might be a delay, or within a few days. I had a few emails back in the day from Skybet saying a key member of staff was on holiday, but was due back on the xx, and payments would be made then, with an apology that payments would be a few days late, and they were always sent 48-72 hours before payment was due.

@dunover GIG affiliates just paid by Skrill
I am bank transfer for GIG so wouldn't get it until next week - I assume that's April's commission you were paid, not March's late? I wasn't due anything in from March, only last month.

LOL...just got mine in the bank so all good! Seems it's restricted to Calzone as per my copied e-mail above then.

I hope not. They are the best of their bunch for me.

Sadly, quite certain they will follow though.
What is strange to me and quite a contradiction, no usual reload bonus the weekend gone or the usual Thursday bonus, chat said due to Covid19 there’s no promotions, yet still spamming me with new slot announcements and prompting deposit soon as login I think that defeats the object. I don’t see how reload bonuses cause harm if the player hasn’t already shown any signs or problem gambling on the site. Takes the piss to then spam
Me with new games and telling you the max win and asking you try it  seems they using covid as an excuse to not give any bonuses

Baffles me no promos but spam me daily with stuff like this surely this defeats the purpose of them
Saying no
Promo because of Covid19 cynical basically saying no bonuses but we will send enticing emails about new games yeah very responsible

I didnt want to say anything but had noticed too.

I think they are on their way also but what do we know.

They may be holding off because of the recent advice like they said.

Hopefully they stay in the UK as i like to keep pushing them. Hard to find a better place to play than Casino Calzone for me.

Top RTP across the board. Smooth site. Decent CS from my xp and like we said the rewards are not bad.
