Hey all I’m really new, so I’m not feeling massively hopeful after a lot of research and especially other threads here but I’m just looking if anyone had same/similar situation....
So I joined besties bingo bout 2 weeks ago and deposited multiple times, deposited again last night and won a jackpot on bingo besties last night. After searching all over the place it turns out I’ve got a sister site that has a self exclusion on till beginning sept, what’s the likely chance of recieveing this money? Has anyone been similar and not pulled up for it?
Would I be breaking rules if I leave the money in my account till the self exclusion ends on other site then requesting to withdrawal?
Any help would br great but right now I’m guessing I have no hope, and no thanks to anyone that wants to sit and mock over joining another site after self exclusion, it was through spending to much on that one particular site and getting nothing back ever.
Many thanks for all help

They can apply the rule that you should not have opened an account whilst self excluded from a sister casino and close your account. Hopefully they will refund deposit but cassava are rule unto themselves.

Thank you I thought that would be the case after research, gutted but at same time my own fault, they’ve also allowed me to continue using other sister sites that I didn’t self exclude at same time, they also didn’t exclude me from them, will I be entitled to those deposits to? Cassava have many sites I use

Yes, you would - the UKGC have already made them contact old UK players going back 6 years to refund them losses (net) that occurred after self-excluding from another site under their license. If you have a date and the site you SE'd from then ALL bets made at their other s(h)ites since then are void under UKGC rules. Therefore a refund is due. If they pissball about, tell them you're reporting them to the UKGC, the last thing they want after the hammering they got last year.

Hi All,

Regarding the above - it sounds to me like a "time out" may have been set, as opposed to a "self exclusion".

I'm a little surprised if a "time out" from a site also applies to a sister site(s). Apart from anything, I expect it could be quite difficult to administer, as a lot of people might regularly use short time-outs without actually self excluding permanently. So you could have an ever-changing situation with time-outs coming into and out of effect on various sister sites.

Just a thought, and might give the poster some hope....

regards,
Darren

Thank you guys,
At the moment I’ve not heard nothing at all, saying processing but I’m honestly waiting for an email anytime now with the ‘bomb’ and killing all hope, I’m sure I chose self exclusion but can’t find any email to confirm or even exact date I done it

So had a look into my account yesterday and was stating ‘processing’ looked this morning and it’s saying ‘refunded via debit card’ that I used to deposit, does that mean it’s gone through? Not heard anything as of yet through email etc
