I just made my first casino deposit anywhere yesterday. I made it at the carnival casino. I deposited $20 and got an extra hundred. I was told that I only had to play through the total ammount by 4 times.
I had alot of fun on the live tables and after I played through by over double the ammount I was still up $100. I was a little upset to realize that I could not cash out yet. So I still played.
I was playing around in the banking section and I accidentally cashed out. I was happy to see that it was only $20 but I didnt want to cash out yet. So I contacted online support and they said to just cancel the transaction and everything would be back to where it was. I did but I lost $80 in the process. Online support said to email customer support I did. waited waited waited no response what soever. So online support said to call the helpline and they would be able to put the missing $80 back into my account. The woman on the phone said that the money would be put back into my account.
Hours later I still dont have my money or a response so I'm sending one last email.
This has not been a good experience. I will keep you posted on this. I had fun at the casino but it seems a little shady when it comes to the banking transactions.

be patient

My experience with carnival has been good. Give them a chance to make things right. I made a $20 deposit there just like you and was lucky enough to cash out $1,400. They paid me without blinking.

Honestly you don't need to worry if you're talking about "hours". There are many perfectly reputable casinos where their standard practice for cashins is 5-8 working days. I consider myself extremely lucky when a cashin is processed within 2 days.

Just be patient.

carnival is carn"evil"

This was not a good first online expeience. Im sticking to the land casinos when I travel to Vegas twice a year. I recieved this email today after several customer service reps said that they would credit my account.

Dear Sean,

Thank you for choosing Carnival Casino.

This is a notification that we are in receipt of your e-mail. Please be advised that after reviewing your account, we see that the $20 withdrawal was successfully cancelled, however, bonuses are removed from an account once a withdrawal is requested.

Therefore, we will be unable to re-credit the bonus of $80.00 that was removed from your account.

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by this matter and we thank you in advance for your kind co-operation.

Sean, do have a lovely day!

Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Carnival Casino Support Team. We are available 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week.

With Best Regards,

Chatrishe
Carnival Casino

I was worried about not being able to trust online casinos and I see that I was right. If I had a problem like this at a real casino this would not have happened.

You've made a negative post here about a casino that has done nothing wrong. Yes the bonus is removed when you cash out and that was clearly spelled out in the terms and conditions. I really don't understand how someone can be "playing around" in the banking section and accidently request a cashout? They have no obligation to return that bonus to you after you "played around" and changed your mind.

Well this is my first time ever playing with real money. I was trying to see what ammounts I could cash out and my wireless mouse scrolled and hit the O.K. button. I knew that the bonuses would be removed If I cashed out because there was a popup that said so. I did not want to cash out. Thats what the problem is my friend. It was an accident. I immediately canceled the cash out because I did not want to cash out. Three customer service reps said that the credits lost would be put back into my account, and when I called and spoke to a real person they said that the money would be put back into my account. That is why I am upset. If I didnt wait around expecting this 80.00 to pop back in my account I wouldn't be too mad. If they told me upfront that they couldn't do it then I probably wouldn't have been as upset.

if minor details like this gets you all upset against online casinos

then i think its best for you to indeed stick with land-based casinos my friend

minor inconveniences like this can and will arise often in cyberspace and if you don't feel like you can accept and deal with it, then obviously this isn't the right setting for you

i think that you are right ez

I think that you are right ez. I am just used to land-based casinos doing everything they can for you so that you do come back and play. Even though I had a lot of fun at carnival and ended up in the positive I guess I just expected better service to make the customer happy. And not become shady about account money when the customer is ahead. I willing to bet if I lost almost everything in an hour they would credit me so I play again. I love the net and all its possibilities but unless I find an online casino regulated in the U.S. I am sticking to the real thing in Vegas. MGM never treats me like this. They dont take the rooms they give me away or the drinks or food or tickets.
If anyone has had a problem at any online casino nd customer service helped them promptly and efficiently please let me know. I may try one more online if you guys say that they are good.

Sguan,

I understand your frustration, but rules are rules and you must first learn to read and understand each online casino's terms and conditions. Many a player has learned a lesson the hard way. Meanwhile,if you are really hooked onto playtech software,I suggest you check out the following casinos: Mapau,Fortune,USA and New York. To simplify things, just go to www.playtech.com and you will see them all listed there. The reason for my recommendation is that although the bonuses are sticky, they are not removed immediately upon a cashout but remain in your account until the cashout is successfully processed which normally takes 4 days. So you can make a withdrawal and at the same time continue to play with the bonus. If you win,you cash out your winnings and if not,you only lose your non-cashable bonus. Hope this info helps you.

ok carnival

I think that carnival and the sister club dice casino are the best playtech casino.never a problem.I know very my friends had plaied in carnival and club dice casino, never a problem.

I think some of you are missing the point here.

He played, made a mistake in withdrawing, reversed his withdraw and asked to have his bonus back.....I think thats the issue here. Regardless of the T&C's he was told SEVERAL times the 80 bucks would be placed back into his account.

HE WAS TOLD THEY WOULD PUT THE MONEY BACK INTO HIS ACCOUNT..........then they changed their mind??? HUH!?!?

You can't possibly convince me that the several people, who at several different times told him they would credit his account, were unfamiliar with the casinos terms and conditions. This is a serious customer service issue, and they (the casino) should be ashamed of themselves for losing a player over 80 bucks. Make that 2 players, I just uninstaled their software from my cpu.

lol no actually it was $100 bonus for $20

Actually it was a $100 bonus for $20 deposit. One of their salesmen/customer service reps sold it to me lol. I got an email back finally, I'm just not going back to them or any other online casino depositing my own money again. Ill stick to the no deposit promotions lol

Good Luck !!

I have cashed out $101.5 and waiting credited to my neteller account.
($20 deposit + $80 winning + $1.5 from comp ponts)
bonus money is automatically removed after made withdrawal.

will you stick to the no deposit promotion?
yes, it's good idea.

me too have stick to the no deposit promotion, and still I am.
but it is difficult to cashout from the no deposit promo.
anyway it is good to enjoy gambling without risk my money.

i think i have received all existent no deposit promo from all the online casinos.
but I succeed to cash out just two casinos.

mimai paradise $100 (from nd bonus $16)
drho888 $23 (from nd bonus $20)

drho888 is good live casino. but their betting unit is expensive.

sometimes you feel the urge to deposit online casino.
therefore you need to know reputable casinos.

Good Luck !!

;)
