Perhaps they are having some troubles on their end.

The problem seem situated upstream from our servers. The techs are following up continuously but things seem ok on our end so we're waiting for the web to untangle. We do apologise for the inconvenience and I'll keep you guys posted when we have more information.

Just the opposite for me. After 2 weeks of constant error, I was able to download 3Dice without a hitch. Played on both days of the weekend and everything seemed normal including the deposit and withdrawal functions.

Ironcally, I wasnt able to send a reply to this thread because of the slow response from my computer at the office during lunch time. There wasnt any space provided for me to make a reply.

I have DSL. ..I was still online during the gazillion times 3Dice dropped connection.

The one and only Casino I play at. Best there is!! ( in my book )

I have DSL too. That's exactly what was happening here too. It was especially frustrating because I usually count 50 spins and then make a decision as to whether to increase my bet or move on. Since 3Dice doesn't have an option for the autoplayer to spin for a desired number of spins, I kept losing my count every time the connection was lost!

I find the lack of a spin counter very frustrating too but I expect they will add this at some point.

In the meantime, may I suggest a pencil & paper to jot down your count at each dissconnect...?

Had same problem yesterday, was really mad - game interrupted half dozen times, could not log on for hours...

Good, because I almost had heart attack on getting the message 'password is wrong'
